On 21 April 2020 I was contacted in chat on the BETMASTER online betting site by the operator Leonardo, who asked me to send the documentation relating to the credit cards used for payments to the e-mail address security@betmaster.com withdrawals. I point out that I have been playing Betmaster for a few years, therefore I proceed to send the documentation, asking the operator for confirmation, which confirms receipt, then I return to play in casinoline always on Betmaster with a winning amount of almost 97000 figure collected after weeks of play with my payment in total of almost 20,000 euros, also stated that during the week I asked for some withdrawal of about 10,000 that was paid to me. always on the same date yesterday around 6 pm to play and I find the writing user blocked, I use the account of a friend of mine to enter the chat always succeeding with Leonardo who replies that my account had been blocked for checks on the account .

I think Betmaster is not serious and should be prosecuted so I politely ask you what steps to take to assert my rights and those of people who are in my same situation. If the situation does not resolve itself in my favor as is rightfully so because my payments for several thousand euros if they are taken I will make sure to advertise on the internet but above all with some television broadcast because people have to know who they play with. In data 21 aprile 2020 vengo contattato in chat sul sito di scommesse on line BETMASTER dall’operatore Leonardo, il quale mi chiedeva di inviare nell’indirizzo di posta elettronica security@betmaster.com la documentazione inerente alle carte di credito utilizzate per i versamenti e prelievi. faccio presente che gioco è frequento Betmaster da qualche anno, pertanto procedo ad inviare la documentazione, chiedendo conferma all’operatore, che conferma la ricezione, quindi ritorno a giocare in casinoline sempre su Betmaster con un importo di vincita di quasi 97000 cifra raccolta dopo settimane di gioco con un versamento mio in totale di quasi 20000 euro, inoltre dichiarò che nel corso della settimana ho chiesto qualche prelievo di circa 10000 che mi è stato erogato. sempre nella stessa data di ieri intorno le 18 entro per giocare e trovo la scritta utente bloccato, utilizzo l’account di un mio amico per entrare in chat riuscendoci sempre con Leonardo il quale mi risponde che il mio account era stato bloccato per verifiche sul conto. 

Penso che Betmaster sia poco serio e dovrebbe essere perseguito penalmente quindi chiedo cortesemente quali sono i passi da fare per far valere i miei diritti e quelli delle persone che si trovano nella mia stessa situazione. Se la Situazione non dovesse risolversi a mio favore come è di diritto perché i miei versamenti per svariati migliaio di euro se li sono presi farò in modo di pubblicizzare in internet ma sopratutto con qualche trasmissione televisiva perché la gente deve sapere con chi gioca. In particolare, per sottrarsi al debito pagamenti verso i giocatori, la società accusa i giocatori stessi di "aver alterato le dinamiche di gioco attraverso l’uso di robot e algoritmi generati attraverso l’uso di macchinari tecnologici", senza poi fornire prove specifiche ed accurate.
