Two weeks ago, I opened an account at BC Gane Casino

They offered different deposit promotions,

However, despite meeting the wagering requirement to unlock the bonus, the bonus was never unlocked.

I contacted customer service several times, and at first they told me that the bonus is only unlocked with certain games, to be more precise, in games where you don't bet against another player, and they even sent me examples. I showed them that the only game I had played was blackjack, so there was no reason why the bonus shouldn't be unlocked. Then they made up an excuse that after speaking with the site's team, that game specifically didn't count towards unlocking the bonus. In other words, they just didn't feel like it and didn't unlock the bonus, even though they had already told me that that game DID count towards unlocking the bonus.

It's truly infuriating how these kinds of sites abuse their power, failing to fulfill their theoretical obligations and simply using it as a lure to get you to play on their site.

I will attach all possible evidence so that justice is served and I receive the bonus I am owed.

Me puse en contacto varias veces con el servicio de atención a clientes, y en primera instancia me dijeron que el bono se desbloquea únicamente con ciertos juegos, para ser mas precisos, en los juegos que no se apuesta contra otro jugador, y ellos mismos me mandaron los ejemplos, todo esto va en la pruebas de las fotos que les voy a enviar enseguida.

les demostré que el único juego que habia jugado era blackjack, por lo que no había razón para que el bono no se desbloqueara, después me pusieron de excusa, que después de hablar con el equipo del sitio, precisamente ese juego no contaba para el desbloqueo del bono, es decir, nada mas porque no se les antojo no me desbloquean el bono, porque ya me habían dicho que ese juego SI aplicaba para el desbloqueo del bono

Es realmente desesperante la manera en el que este tipo de sitios abusan , y no cumplen con lo que en teoría deberían de cumplir, y nada mas lo usan como un gancho para que juegues en ese sitio

voy a adjuntar toda la evidencia posible, para que se haga justicia y me paguen el bono que me tienen que pagar

Regarding the questions asked, I will try to answer them one by one.

1. I don't have a link as such, I attached a screenshot in the first claim, I hope that's enough

2. The requirements are already met, I played much more than the bonus they were supposed to credit me with, however, the bonus was never unlocked. When I contacted the site, they told me that that game did not qualify to unlock the bonus, even though they had previously told me that it did qualify because it was not a game played against another player.

3. The way I found out about the bonus was that when making deposits, in the space where you add the amount, the promotion and the bonus amount appear.

4. I made more deposits after the first one, precisely to continue playing and unlock the bonus rackback; however, it was never unlocked. I haven't made any deposits for three weeks because I don't want to keep losing money.

2, Los requisitos ya están completados, jugué mucho mas del bono que supuestamente tenian que acreditarme, sin embargo, nunca se desbloqueó el bono, y a la hora de ponerme en contacto con el sitio, me dijeron que ese jugo no aplicaba para desbloquear el bono, sin embargo me dijeron antes que ese juego si aplicaba para el desbloqueo del bono, por no ser un juego en el se juega contra otro jugador

3, La manera de enterarme del bono, fue que a la hora de realizar depósitos, en el espacio en donde agregas la cantidad, viene la promoción y la cantidad del bono

4, He realizado mas depósitos después del primero, precisamente para seguir jugando y desbloquear el rackeback del bono, sin embargo, nunca se desbloqueó.. tengo tres semanas sin hacer depósitos porque ya no quiero seguir perdiendo dinero,
