The payments never arrived. Due to the delays, the stress led me to gamble and lose everything. I'm devastated by this. I still have 1840, precisely the 3 pending withdrawals.

On the morning of June 30, 2026, the three withdrawals were canceled. Customer service told me they were investigating and that I should wait for their email! But they didn't explain anything else. They've destroyed me emotionally, they're ignoring me, and they're waiting for me to gamble away my last remaining funds. It's a real nightmare.

Al mattino del 30/06/26 i 3 prelievi vengono annullati. L'assistenza mi dice che stanno effettuando delle indagini e che devo attendere una loro mail! Ma non mi spiegano altro. Mi hanno distrutto moralmente, mi ignorano, aspettano che giochi gli ultimi soldi rimasti. È un vero incubo.

After 12 days of waiting, my withdrawals were canceled! I've asked for information several times, but I've never received a proper response. I feel like I'm being ignored. This afternoon, they wrote to me saying my withdrawals exceeded 2,250 weekly, but that's bullshit, as I requested 1,840. The truth is, they weren't fair, having seen a nice win at the start, which I then unfortunately lost because they made me nervous.

i prelievi, dopo 12 giorni di attesa sono stati annullati! Ho chiesto più volte info in merito ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta adeguata. La sensazione è di essere ignorato. Oggi pomeriggio mi hanno scritto dicendo che i prelievi superavano la somma di 2250 settimanali ma è una cavolata in quanto ho chiesto 1840. La verità è che non sono stati leali avendo visto una bella vincita all inizio che poi purtroppo ho perso perché mi hanno innervosito.
