The amount at issue is €150 and I expect Run4Win to meet this legitimate claim immediately. Should there be further delays or unfounded rejections, I reserve the right to take further steps.

Anstatt den Vorgang ordnungsgemäß abzuschließen, wird der Prozess immer wieder verzögert, und mir werden keine klaren oder nachvollziehbaren Gründe für die Ablehnung der Auszahlung genannt.

Ich habe alle erforderlichen Schritte unternommen, um meine Ansprüche zu belegen, und sehe keine rechtliche oder sachliche Grundlage dafür, warum mein Geld nicht ausgezahlt wird. Es geht um einen Betrag von 150 €, und ich erwarte, dass Run4Win dieser rechtmäßigen Forderung unverzüglich nachkommt. Sollte es weiterhin zu Verzögerungen oder unbegründeten Ablehnungen kommen, behalte ich mir vor, weitere Schritte einzuleiten.
