Il mio conto era sotto indagine per frode;
Il mio modo di giocare è stato considerato sospetto;
Un fornitore di giochi stava indagando sulla mia attività;
Non avevo violato alcuna regola del casinò;
Avevo violato qualsiasi condizione relativa al bonus;
c'era un problema relativo alla procedura KYC o all'antiriciclaggio;
Era richiesta ulteriore documentazione;
il nome del fornitore del gioco presumibilmente responsabile della decisione;
conferma che il fornitore è NetEnt;
le specifiche sessioni di gioco presumibilmente interessate;
le date o gli orari del gioco presumibilmente fraudolento;
qualsiasi spiegazione di ciò che avrei presumibilmente fatto che costituisse frode;
qualsiasi prova a sostegno dell'accusa;
la disposizione esatta dei Termini e Condizioni che avrei presumibilmente violato;
un numero di riferimento del caso o dell'indagine fornito dal fornitore del gioco;
Il fornitore del gioco ha effettivamente condotto o partecipato a questa indagine;
Il fornitore ha rilevato attività di gioco irregolari o fraudolente associate al mio account;
Il fornitore ha disposto o richiesto che le mie vincite venissero congelate;
Sono state identificate le sessioni di gioco specifiche interessate;
Important Update – Casino Has Now Confiscated My €3,400 and Accused Me of Fraudulent Gameplay
I would like to provide a very important update regarding my complaint against SpinyRush.
My three pending withdrawals, totaling €3,400, were originally requested on 6, 10 and 13 July 2026.
Before these withdrawals, I had already successfully received a previous withdrawal of €1,400 from SpinyRush. That payment was received in my verified Portuguese bank account and was sent by Norvelic Limited, the payment agent identified by SpinyRush.
My account had been verified, and during the entire period in which I was waiting for my €3,400, I repeatedly contacted SpinyRush asking why my withdrawals had not been processed.
For a considerable period of time, I was repeatedly told that my withdrawals were being processed, reviewed by the relevant department, or simply waiting for their turn in the payment queue.
At no point during this period was I informed that:
my account was under investigation for fraud;
my gameplay was considered suspicious;
a game provider was investigating my activity;
I had violated any casino rule;
I had violated any bonus condition;
there was a KYC or AML issue;
additional documentation was required;
or that there was any problem whatsoever with the validity of my winnings.
I was simply repeatedly told to wait.
Now, after this prolonged delay, SpinyRush has suddenly sent me an email stating that, following a supposedly "comprehensive investigation," the game provider, together with the casino’s anti-fraud systems, has determined that my account was associated with "fraudulent activity associated with gameplay."
SpinyRush also claims that the funds were restricted directly by the game provider and that the casino is therefore unable to release them or override the decision.
The casino has now announced that my winnings will be removed from my account and that my account will be permanently closed.
My account has already been blocked, and I can no longer access my account, my deposit history, my withdrawal history, my gameplay records or my transaction history.
I strongly dispute this allegation of fraudulent gameplay.
There is a particularly important fact that I would like Casino Guru to consider: I have only ever played one single game on my SpinyRush account — Quest of Immortality, a NetEnt game.
In fact, Quest of Immortality has been my game of choice for more than 10 years. I have played this same game at different online casinos over the years and have never previously been accused of fraudulent gameplay or encountered any similar issue.
I do not understand what allegedly fraudulent activity I could have committed simply by playing this game normally.
Despite the seriousness of this accusation, SpinyRush has not provided me with:
the name of the game provider allegedly responsible for the decision;
confirmation that the provider is NetEnt;
the specific gaming sessions allegedly affected;
the dates or times of the allegedly fraudulent gameplay;
any explanation of what I supposedly did that constituted fraud;
any evidence supporting the allegation;
the exact provision of the Terms and Conditions that I allegedly breached;
a case or investigation reference number from the game provider;
or any explanation of when this alleged investigation began.
This is particularly concerning because the casino is explicitly attributing the freezing of my winnings to the "game provider."
Since Quest of Immortality by NetEnt was the only game I played, I have now contacted NetEnt/Evolution directly to ask whether they actually conducted or participated in an investigation concerning my gameplay and whether they instructed SpinyRush to freeze or confiscate my winnings.
I am currently awaiting their response.
I would therefore respectfully ask Casino Guru to request that SpinyRush provide evidence supporting this extremely serious allegation.
If the casino claims that the game provider itself identified fraudulent activity and froze my winnings, I believe the casino should at least be able to provide Casino Guru, even confidentially if necessary, with evidence that:
The game provider actually conducted or participated in this investigation;
The provider identified irregular or fraudulent gameplay associated with my account;
The provider instructed or requested that my winnings be frozen;
The specific gaming sessions concerned have been identified;
There is a documented basis for confiscating my funds.
There is another important financial aspect to this case.
I personally deposited a total of approximately €900 of my own money into my SpinyRush account. My gameplay and subsequent winnings originated from these deposited funds.
I continue to dispute the confiscation of my €3,400 in pending withdrawals and maintain that these funds should be paid to me.
However, if SpinyRush maintains that it is entitled to confiscate my alleged "winnings," I have also requested a complete accounting showing how my own deposited
