The payments have been transferred, however, I have been waiting for other payments for more than 14 days now.

Even after contacting customer service multiple times, during which I was only given the runaround, no money has been transferred to date. As I said, the oldest payment request is now over 14 days old and I'm still waiting for the money.

Yes, there were payouts initially, but only if the amount deposited was higher than the payouts.

KYC has been successfully completed.

The winnings came exclusively from sports betting.

I am waiting for a total of €1500 in payments since June 29, 2026.

I received my previous payout. However, I've now been waiting over four weeks for the current one. I can only warn everyone against playing with this provider.
