Ho avuto la fortuna di vincere una somma considerevole (per i miei standard) su LuckyKoala: 16.000 euro. Tuttavia, negli ultimi anni ho anche perso all'incirca la stessa cifra, se non di più, sempre su quel sito.
Ora vorrei prelevare questa somma nel modo più sicuro e rapido possibile! Vorrei sapere qual è la procedura migliore. So che i casinò spesso ritardano i prelievi per invogliare i giocatori a giocare di nuovo. Questa volta NON DEVE succedere anche a me.
Ho effettuato il primo prelievo di 5.000 € e oggi (12 ore dopo) ho ricevuto la prima conferma che mi chiedeva di inviare un estratto conto bancario con indirizzo, IBAN, nome, ecc. Nessun problema, l'ho già fatto in precedenza.
Voglio solo essere sicuro di poter prelevare l'intero importo. Idealmente, il più velocemente possibile e con le commissioni più basse possibili. Probabilmente accetterei anche le commissioni, perché ho molta paura (e ripeto spesso!) di perdere tutto.
Da quanto ho letto online, l'unica opzione senza commissioni in questo caso è effettuare quattro prelievi: tre da 5.000 € e poi uno da 1.000 € (ciascuno una volta al mese). È corretto? Ho anche letto altrove che è possibile prelevare 5.000 € a settimana senza commissioni.
Sono decisamente molto preoccupato che, in primo luogo, il casinò impiegherà molto tempo per il primo pagamento (richiedendo documenti, ecc.) e, in secondo luogo, che l'intero processo sia lungo o che il casinò non effettui affatto il pagamento.
Il fatto che sia assolutamente scandaloso quanto siano complicate le procedure di prelievo rispetto a quelle di deposito non è certo una novità per me.

I was fortunate enough to win a very large sum (in my world) at LuckyKoala: €16,000. However, over the past few years I've also lost roughly that amount, if not more, there.
Now I want to withdraw this amount as safely and quickly as possible! I'd like to find out the best way to proceed. I'm aware that casinos often delay withdrawals to entice players to gamble again. That MUST NOT happen to me this time.
I made the first withdrawal of €5,000, and today (12 hours later) I received the first confirmation asking me to send a bank statement with my address, IBAN, name, etc. No problem, I did that earlier.
I just want to make sure I can withdraw the full amount. Ideally, as quickly as possible and with as few fees as possible. I'd probably even accept fees, as I'm really afraid (repeatedly!) of losing everything.
From what I've read online, the only fee-free option in this case is to make four withdrawals: three of €5,000 and then one of €1,000 (each once per month). Is that correct? I've also read elsewhere that you can withdraw €5,000 per week free of charge.
I am definitely very worried that, firstly, the casino will take a long time with the first payout (requiring documents, etc.) and secondly, that the process will generally take a long time or that the casino won't pay out at all.
The fact that it's an absolute outrage how complicated withdrawals are compared to deposits isn't exactly news to me.

ich habe glücklicherweise einen (in meiner Welt) sehr hohen Gewinn bei LuckyKoala erziehlt. 16.000€. Über die letzten Jahre habe ich jedoch auch ungefähr diesen Betrag, wenn nicht sogar mehr, dort verspielt.
Nun möchte ich diesen Betrag so sicher und schnell wie möglich auszahlen! Ich würde mich gerne informieren wie ich am besten vorgehe. Mir ist bewusst, dass Casinos oft Auszahlungen verzögern, um die Spieler wieder zum Spielen zu verleiten. Das DARF mir dieses Mal nicht passieren.
Ich habe die erste Auszahlung mit 5.000€ gemacht, und heute (12h später) die erste Rückmeldung bekommen ich solle ein ‚bank statement‘ mit Adresse, IBAN, Namen, etc. schicken. Alles kein Problem, habe ich vorhin gemacht.
Ich möchte nur sichergehen, dass ich den vollständigen Betrag auszahlen kann. Am besten so schnell wie möglich und auch so ‚gebührenfrei‘ wie möglich. Ich würde vermutlich sogar Gebühren in Kauf nehmen, da ich wirklich Angst habe (wiederholt!) alles zu verspielen.
Was ich so im Netz gelesen habe, ist die einzige gebührenfreie Möglichkeit in diesem Falle, 4 Auszahlungen zu machen mit 3x 5.000€ und dann 1x 1.000€ (jeweils 1 Mal pro Monat). Liege ich mit der Annahme richtig? Hab woanders auch gelesen, dass man pro Woche 5.000€ gebührenfrei auszahlen lassen kann.
Ich habe auf jeden Fall große Ansgt, dass das Casino sich erstens: mit der ersten Auszahlung viel Zeit lassen wird (mit Anforderung von Dokumenten etc.) und zweitens: dass der Prozess generell lange dauert bzw. das Casino gar nicht zahlt.
Das es eine absolute Frechheit ist wie kompliziert Auszahlungen im Vergleich zu Einzahlungen sind, ist mir nicht unbedingt neu.
Ich würde mich sehr über hilfreiche Tipps/Ideen und Informationen freuen und bedanke mich im Vorhinein.
