Am 30.08.2025 habe ich eine Wette auf das Spiel SV Werder Bremen vs. Bayer Leverkusen platziert und die Aktion „Frühzeitige Auszahlung" aktiviert. Trotzdem wurde meine Wette als verloren gewertet.
In meiner Kommunikation mit dem Support wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass diese Aktion für das genannte Spiel nicht verfügbar war. Allerdings habe ich die Aktion „Frühzeitige Auszahlung" für dieses Spiel eindeutig gesehen und genutzt. Zudem wird diese Funktion bei allen anderen Spielen angeboten.
