In questo casinò ho richiesto il blocco del mio account per problemi di dipendenza e, dopo che il mio account è stato chiuso regolarmente dopo pochi giorni, mi è stato permesso, mentre continuavo a ricevere email promozionali, di aprire un nuovo account con gli stessi dati ed effettuare depositi consistenti con la stessa carta utilizzata per il primo account chiuso. Quando ho segnalato la violazione delle norme sul gioco responsabile da parte del casinò e ho richiesto un rimborso, non mi hanno mai contattato. Ho inviato loro numerose email ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
In this casino I requested the blocking of my account for addiction reasons and after my account was closed normally after a few days I was allowed, while I receive promotional emails, to open a new account with the same details and make large deposits with the same card that had been used in the first account that was closed. When I informed them about the violation of responsible gaming regulations by the casino and requested a refund, they never contacted me. I sent them many emails and never had a response.
Σε αυτό το καζίνο ζήτησα αποκλεισμό του λογαριασμού μου για λόγους εθισμού και αφού έκλεισε κανονικά ο λογαριασμός μου μετά από μέρες μου επιτράπηκε ενώ δέχομαι προωθητικά mail να ανοίξω καινούργιο λογαριασμό με τα ίδια στοιχεία και να κάνω μεγάλες καταθέσεις με την ίδια κάρτα που είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί στον πρώτο λογαριασμό που ήταν κλειστός όταν τους ενημέρωσα για την παραβίαση κανονισμών υπεύθυνου παιχνιδιού από το καζίνο και ζήτησα την επιστροφή των χρημάτων δεν επικοινώνησαν ποτέ μαζί μου τους έστειλα πολλά mail και δεν είχα ποτέ κάποια απάντηση
