31bet Casino - La richiesta di chiusura dell'account del giocatore è stata ignorata.

I am a compulsive gambler. I opened an account with 31 Bet many months ago. I deposited 60 euros and lost them. Aware of my condition, I requested self-exclusion and the permanent closure of my account as required by law. The casino not only failed to close the account but also allowed me to gamble again on 08/28/2001, where I lost a total of 2,200 euros. They have been making me wait for several days now for a decision on my refund. Attached, I am sending the screenshot of the closure request. Furthermore, as specified in my other complaint, my son is in critical living conditions due to illness and requires medical attention, which this refund would enable me to pay for. I need it as soon as possible.

Sono un ludopatico , ho aperto il conto con 31 bet tanti mesi fa , ho depositato 60 euro e li ho persi e visto che conosco la mia condizione ho richiesto l'autoesclusione e la chiusura definitiva del conto come da legge. Il casinò non solo non ha chiuso il conto ma mi ha anche fatto rigiocare il 28/08/2001 dove ho perso ben 2200 euro . Adesso mi stanno facendo aspettare da diversi giorni per decidere sul mio rimborso , in allegato invio lo screen della richiesta di chiusura , inoltre come specificato nel mio altro reclamo , mio figlio è in condizioni di vita critiche per una malattia e ha bisogno di cure mediche che questo rimborso mi permetterebbe di pagare , ne ho bisogno il prima possibile
