I made a withdrawal of 800 euros on May 21, 2026. This is now the 5th or 6th withdrawal. Each one went smoothly within a few days.

I have a verified account and am a VIP level 3 player.

I have a personal VIP manager who already "accelerated" my payout a week ago and is in contact with the finance department.

Unfortunately, without success. My payout still shows as "requested." There's been no further response. All I get via chat or email are "apologies" and I'm told to be patient.

Ich habe ein verifiziertes Konto und bin VIP lvl3 Spieler.

Ich habe einen persönlichen VIP Manager der vor einer Woche meine Auszahlung bereits "beschleunigt" hat und mit der Finanzabteilung Kontakt hat.

Leider Ohne erfolg. Meine Auszahlung steht immernoch auf "beantragt" Keine Reaktion mehr. Über chat oder mail bekomme ich nur "Entschuldigungen" und ich solle mich gedulden.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
