BlockBets Casino has blocked my withdrawal.

Human support has disappeared and only a bot responds, which doesn't solve anything.

The games stopped working and the casino appears abandoned, but it continues to accept deposits.

I need help to get my money back, or at least to warn other players.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you very much for your messages. I’m sorry for the delay, I hadn’t seen the message regarding the verification. Everything is verified correctly, my account is fully verified.

I have withdrawn money from this casino many times in the past without any issues. That’s why I believe the casino may currently be banned or blocked, as it has stopped functioning properly. The human support service seems to have been removed and replaced by an AI chat only.

Normally, withdrawals in this casino are processed manually and need to be approved by their team. This system worked well for a long time. However, recently I’ve seen multiple comments on different forums, and it appears that the casino may have turned into a scam or spam operation. All the official game providers have stopped working, as if the casino is still online but not actually operational.

I also used to have direct contact via Discord and Telegram with a big manager, but all of that has stopped working as well.

Because of this, I believe we may need to post publicly about the situation. If you check your own forum, you will likely find more comments from other users about this casino in recent weeks.

I cancelled the withdrawal on the 19th to try withdrawing in another currency, but the casino is completely banned now.

It doesn’t even allow you to request a withdrawal anymore. There is no option to choose a currency, no card, no crypto, nothing. You can’t deposit or withdraw at all.

Sadly, I believe I’ve lost the money, and I strongly encourage you to warn people not to deposit any funds there. In my case, I don’t even have the option to try anymore.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side.
