Vorrei presentare un reclamo ed esprimere la mia profonda delusione per la politica operativa del casinò Cosmic Slot!
1)
Martedì scorso ho richiesto un prelievo 3 volte di 400€ (2/4/25). Dopo che mi hanno fatto inviare i miei documenti un centinaio di volte, per farmi verificare KYC, non hanno ancora effettuato un prelievo (mentre è martedì - lunedì = 5 giorni lavorativi e secondo i T&C sono 3 giorni al massimo per la verifica KYC secondo loro)
2) La mia principale lamentela su cui baso il risarcimento di 5.000 € in bonus senza deposito o in contanti è la seguente;
In base ai livelli VIP "pubblicizzati" dal Casinò, in quanto VIP di livello 6 ho diritto al 16% di cashback per tutte le perdite subite la settimana scorsa!!
Nel weekend ho perso oltre 25.000 € che avevo sul mio conto. Quando ho chiesto di ricevere il rimborso a cui avevo diritto, mi hanno dato delle scuse dicendo che non era possibile perché avevo dei "prelievi attivi" (i prelievi da 400 € che erano lì dal 2/4/25 senza essere stati completati per loro responsabilità ed erano ancora in sospeso!!) Inoltre, da nessuna parte nelle loro regole spiegano nulla sul cashback. Lo lasciano vago di proposito e io ero in buona fede. Pensavo che dal momento che avevo perso così tanti soldi avrei avuto un cuscinetto di sicurezza da lì. Mi avrebbero restituito 4.000-5.000 € in modo che potessi reclamare la possibilità di riavere indietro parte di ciò che avevo perso!!
Tuttavia, non l'hanno fatto, nonostante fossero OBBLIGATI a farlo, e si sono mangiati tutti i miei soldi senza alcun bonus/cashback!!! !!!
Per favore, perché mi sento profondamente offeso da questo comportamento di Casino Cosmic nei confronti di un giocatore leale e leale!
Ho deliberatamente preso degli screenshot che mostrano il prima e il dopo della terribile sconfitta -
quanti soldi avevo e quanti ne ho adesso. Ho perso 25.000 € e ho annullato i 2 prelievi da 400 € del martedì precedente così da poter ottenere il cashback e ho perso ENTRAMBI questi 2 (800 €)
Per favore aiutatemi perché ho la sensazione che mi abbiano derubato e non vogliono restituirmi nemmeno un briciolo, nonostante abbiano guadagnato un sacco di soldi in un giorno facendomi del male.
Per il mio danno morale e la mia sofferenza, chiedo loro di darmi 5.000 € in contanti o di darmi il bonus cashback. È impossibile per me aver perso più di 30.000 €, aver giocato più di 100.000 € in un giorno e non aver restituito un solo euro!!

Last Tuesday I requested a withdrawal 3 times of 400€ (2/4/25). After they made me send my documents a hundred times, to get me KYC verified, they still didn't make a withdrawal (while it's Tuesday - Monday = 5 business days and according to T&C it's 3 days maximum for KYC verified according to them)
2) My main complaint on which I base the compensation of €5,000 in no deposit bonus or cash is the following;
Based on the VIP levels that the Casino "advertises", as a level 6 VIP, I am entitled to 16% cashback for all the losses I had last week!!
Over the weekend I lost over €25,000 that I had in my account. When I asked to receive the refund I was entitled to, they gave me excuses that it was not possible because I had "active withdrawals" (the €400 withdrawals that had been there since 2/4/25 without being completed by their responsibility and were still pending!!) Furthermore, Nowhere in their rules do they explain anything about cashback. They leave it vague on purpose and I was in good faith. I thought that since I lost so much money I would have a safety cushion from there. They would return €4,000-5,000 to me so that I could claim a chance to get some of what I lost back!!
However, they did not do it even though they are OBLIGED to and they ate all my money with zero bonus/cashback!! !!
Please, as I feel deeply wronged by this behavior of Casino Cosmic towards a fair, loyal player to them!
I have deliberately taken screenshots showing the before and after of the terrible defeat -
how much money I had and how much I have now. I lost €25,000 and I canceled the 2 withdrawals of €400 from the previous Tuesday so I could get the cashback and I lost BOTH of these 2 (€800)
Please help me because I feel like they have robbed me and they don't want to give me back even the slightest bit despite the fact that they made so much money in one day from harming me.

την προηγούμενη Τρίτη είχα ζητήσει ανάληψη 3 φορές από 400€ (2/4/25) . Αφού με έβαλαν να στείλω εκατό φορές τα έγγραφα μου, για να με κάνουν KYC verify, πάλι δεν μου έκαναν ανάληψη ( ενώ είναι τρίτη - Δευτέρα= 5 εργάσιμες ημέρες και σύμφωνα με T&C είναι 3 ημέρες maximum για KYC verified σύμφωνα με αυτούς )
2) Το βασικό μου παράπονο στο οποίο στηρίζω και την αποζημίωση 5.000€ σε no deposit bonus ή μετρητών είναι το εξής ·
Βάση των VIP level που «διαφημίζει « το Casino ,εγώ ως level 6 VIP , δικαιούμαι 16% cashback για όλες τις ήττες που είχα την προηγούμενη βδομάδα !!
Μέσα στο σαββατοκύριακο έχασα πάνω από 25.000€ που είχα στο λογαριασμό μου. Όταν ζήτησα να λάβω την επιστροφή χρημάτων που δικαιούμαι , μου είπαν δικαιολογίες πως δεν γίνεται διότι έχω «ενεργές αναλήψεις « ( οι αναλήψεις των 400€ που είχαν μείνει εκεί από 2/4/25 χωρίς να εχουνε ολοκληρωθεί από ευθύνη τους και έμεναν εκκρεμείς !!) επιπλέον , Πουθενά στους κανόνες τους δεν εξηγούν τίποτα για το cashback. Το αφήνουν αόριστο σκόπιμα και εγώ ήμουν σε καλή πίστη . Θεώρησα πως εφόσον έχασα τόσα λεφτά θα είχα ένα μαξιλάρι ασφαλείας από εκεί. Θα μου γύρναγαν 4.000-5000€ ώστε να μπορώ να διεκδικήσω μια ευκαιρία να βγάλω πίσω μερικά από τα χαμένα !!
Ωστοσο αυτοί δεν το έκαναν παρόλο που είναι ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΜΕΝΟΙ και μου έφαγαν όλα μου τα χρήματα με μηδενική επιστροφή bonus/ cashback !! !!
σας παρακαλώ πολύ , καθώς αισθάνομαι βαθύτατα αδικημένος από αυτή τη συμπεριφορά του casino cosmic απέναντι σε έναν δίκαιο , πιστό παίχτη σε αυτούς !
Εχω βγάλει επίτηδες screenshot που δείχνουν το πριν και το μετά της φριχτης ήττας -
το ποσα χρήματα είχα και πόσα έχω τώρα . Έχασα 25.000€ και ακύρωσα τις 2 αναλήψεις των 400€ από την προηγούμενη τρίτη για να μπορώ να πάρω το cashback και έχασα ΚΑΙ αυτές τις 2(800€)
σας παρακαλώ βοηθήστε με γιατί νιώθω ότι με έχουν κατά κλέψει και δε θέλουν να μου δώσουν πίσω ούτε το ελάχιστο παρά το ότι έβγαλαν τόσα χρήματα μέσα σε μια ημέρα από το να με ζημιώσουν.
για τη ηθική μου βλάβη και την ταλαιπωρία μου ζητάω είτε να δώσουν 5.000€ μετρητά , είτε να δώσουν το cashback bonus .δε γίνεται να έχω χάσει πάνω από 30.000 να έχω παίξει πάνω από 100.000 σε μια ημέρα και να μη γυρνάνε πίσω ούτε ευρώ!!
