cuando alcancé la cantidad de 400€ decidi retirar el dinero. esta mañana me encuentro que mi retiro fue rechazado. hablé con el chat y según ellos incumplí una norma qué hice una apuesta de 4 € cuando no fue así pregunté en que juego fue y me dijeron en primero uno Le dije que es imposible porque la hora que dijeron y la apuesta no cuadra y en mi historial del juego no sale y ellos me enviaron un emeil cn los juegos que no coincide, volví a hablar con otra persona del chat y volví a preguntar lo mismo y decirle que todo lo que me han dicho no coincide. y entonces me contestó, diciendo quién cumplí la norma haciendo apostado 4€ en varios sitios y es mentira así que no son de fiar porque cada vez que llegamos a esta cantidad ellos se lo quedan
