GGBet Casino - Il giocatore sta lottando per superare il KYC.

I recently won € 950 at GG Bet Casino. A payout in the total amount was not possible according to GG Bet. (Maximum € 250) So I had to split the payouts. With the first 3 withdrawals, which took over 3 weeks, this was not a problem for my verified account. During the last payout, I was suddenly asked to verify my account. And suddenly it is no longer possible to re-verify my player account with the associated documents. I don't know what else to do because I am not told what I'm doing wrong. I have now won another € 181 and would like to withdraw the amount but do not receive the amount. Please help me.

Ich habe vor kurzem 950€ gewonnen im GG Bet Casino. Eine Auszahlung im Gesamtbetrag war laut GG Bet nicht möglich. (Maximal 250€) Somit musste ich die Auszahlungen splitten. Bei den ersten 3 Auszahlungen was sich über 3 Wochen hingezogen hatte war das für mein verifizierte Konto kein Problem. Bei der letzten Auszahlung wurde ich plötzlich aufgefordert mein Konto zu verifizieren. Und plötzlich ist es nicht mehr möglich mit den dazugehörigen Dokumenten mein Spielerkonto neu zu verifizieren. Ich weiß nicht mehr was ich noch machen soll da mir auch nicht geschrieben wird was ich falsch mache. Ich habe jetzt erneut 181€ gewonnen und möchte mir den Betrag auszahlen und bekomme den Betrag nicht. Bitte helfen sie mir.

thank you for your time. I have again attached a copy of my identity card, which may only be in JPG or PNG format according to GG Bet, as a confirmation of myself and a copy of my current reading of the meter reading on the electricity bill as a confirmation of my address. According to GG BET, this confirmation of my current address must not be older than 30 days.

I have attached the documents that I have sent to GG BET for verification. I either never received an answer to this or last received an email about 2 hours later that I had to resend everything without giving a reason.

Ich habe zum wiederholten Male eine Kopie meines Personalausweises der nur in JPG oder PNG Format laut GG Bet sein dürfen als Bestätigung zu meiner Person und zusätzlich eine Kopie meiner aktuellen Ablesung des Zählerstandes zur Stromrechnung beigefügt als Bestätigung zu meiner Adresse. Diese Bestätigung zu meiner aktuellen Adresse darf laut GG BET nicht älter als 30 Tage sein.

Ich habe dir als Anlage die Dokumente beigefügt welche ich zur Verifizierung an GG BET gesendet habe. Ich habe entweder darauf nie eine Antwort erhalten oder zuletzt ca. 2 Stunden später eine Mail erhalten alles nochmal neu zuzusenden ohne die Angabe eines Grundes.
