I won 13k at Kinbet 2 weeks ago.

I was at level 3, and the first payout arrived in my account within three days. But now comes the shocking part: I dropped from level 3 to level 1 in the first week of payouts. The last payout request was on March 22nd. Since then, I've been waiting for my next payout, and nothing is happening. I keep getting a different reason or excuse for why I have to wait.

I have absolutely no understanding of this, and I still have €6k that's supposed to be paid out. How much longer am I supposed to wait?

There are currently €1300 in the payout queue. I requested the last payout on March 24th.

Da war ich auf Level 3, die ersten Auszahlung war auch innerhalb von 3 Tagen auf meinem Konto. Nun kommt aber das heftige, ich bin in der ersten Woche der Auszahlung von Level 3 auf 1 gerutscht. Der letzte Auszahlungsantrag war am 22.3. Seitdem warte ich auf meine nächste Auszahlung und es tut sich nichts. Mir wird immer eine andere Begründung "Ausrede" genannt warum ich noch warten soll.

Mein Verständnis ist bei Null, und ich habe noch 6k die Ausgezahlt werden sollen. Wie lange soll ich den da noch warten?

1300 Euro sind momentan in der Warteschlange zu Auszahlung. Am 24.3 habe ich die letzte Auszahlung beantragt.
