Vorrei presentare un reclamo in merito a un prelievo in sospeso presso Kingmaker Casino.
Il 02/09/2025 ho inviato una richiesta di prelievo di 500 €.
Da allora, l'acquisizione è rimasta nello stato "in fase di valutazione", senza alcun aggiornamento chiaro.
Kingmaker Casino non richiede l'identificazione/verifica per i prelievi, quindi il ritardo non può essere giustificato da questa procedura.
Li ho contattati diverse volte tramite chat dal vivo e una volta via e-mail, ma le risposte sono state solo molto generiche (ad esempio "attendere prego") e senza una data specifica.

On 02/09/2025 I submitted a withdrawal request for €500.
Since then, the takeover has remained in a "under consideration" status, without any clear update.
Kingmaker Casino does not require identification/verification for withdrawals, so the delay cannot be justified by this process.
