I've tried various methods to withdraw my winnings from Kingmaker. First, I tried a bank transfer, which I canceled after two days because the wait time was too long. Then, I tried a Bitcoin withdrawal because it was supposedly only going to take a few hours. I canceled the first Bitcoin withdrawal after 12 hours because I thought it might be related to the wallet address. After checking it, I tried again via Bitcoin.

So far, no results.

I don't have any active bonuses, my account is fully verified, and the money has been wagered and won back (probably multiple times) on roulette. Unfortunately, Kingmaker's live chat is just as unhelpful as the support. Screenshots and transaction IDs are ignored. Instead, you get the same standard AI response.

Ich habe mittlerweile auf verschiedenen Auszahlungswegen versucht, meinen Gewinn von kingmaker ausgezahlt zu bekommen. Zunächst über eine Banküberweisung, die ich nach 2 Tagen storniert habe, weil mir die Wartezeit zu lang war, dann über eine bitcoin Auszahlung, weil das angeblich nur wenige Stunden dauern sollte. Die erste bitcoin Auszahlung hab ich nach 12 Stunden wieder storniert, weil ich dachte es könnte an der wallet adresse liegen. Nachdem ich diese jetzt überprüft habe, wurde ein weiterer Versuch über bitcoin gestartet.

Bisher Ergebnislos.

Ich habe keine aktiven Boni, mein Konto ist vollkommen verifiziert und das Geld wurde (wahrscheinlich mehrfach) beim Roulette gesetzt und zurückgewonnen. Der livechat von kingmaker ist leider genau so wenig hilfreich, wie der Support. Auf Screenshots und Transaktions ID's wird nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen bekommt man, die gleiche vorgeschriebene AI Antwort.
