Hello, I made a deposit at the aforementioned casino and won €7,000 on April 1st, 2026. I then requested withdrawals of €500 each on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2026. This left me with €5,500 in my account. I waited for days, but nothing happened. Frustrated, I continued playing and reached €11,000. I contacted the casino to ask if it was possible to set a maximum loss limit, but this was refused. After waiting even longer, my balance has now dropped back down to €7,000. However, I haven't received a single cent since April 1st, 2026. I have contacted the casino several times but still haven't received a payout.

Hallo ich habe bei besagtem Casino eine Einzahlung getätigt und 7000€ gewonnen am 01.04.2026, daraufhin habe ich am 01.04, 02.04 und 03.04.26 jeweils 500€ Auszahlung beantragt. Aus frust habe ich dann weiter gespielt und war auf 11000€, und habe das Casino kontaktiert ob man eine maximale verlust grenze setzen könne. Dies wurde abgelehnt. Nach weiterem warten bin ich nun wieder auf 7000€ gefallen. Jedoch wurde mir seit dem 01.04.2026 noch kein cent überwiesen. Ich habe das Casino mehrmals kontaktiert aber immernoch keine Auszahlung erhalten.
