This is the second time I've tried to upload my proof of payment. It was rejected once for no apparent reason. I deposited using paysafecard and can prove it; both accounts, paysafecard and Mr. Bet, are identical, including email address, name, etc. The trace they requested is also fully documented. Wurde jetzt 1x abgelehnt aus unerklärlichen Gründen, ich habe mit paysafe Card eingezahlt und kann es belegen beides Kontos paysafe und mr.bet sind identisch auch email name ect. Auch die Traktion die sie angefordert haben steht alles schwarz auf weiß, ich warte jetzt seit montag auf meine verifizierung.

Thank you. Normally the withdrawals have always worked for me. I have already won and withdrawn money several times without any problems. That is why this situation is making me uncertain.

Unfortunately, it was never clearly communicated to me what exactly was wrong. I was only told to upload a screenshot of the Paysafecard transaction. I have now uploaded the original PDF directly from my Paysafecard account instead of photos or screenshots, because images can become unclear or lose quality during upload.

This PDF contains my name, address, the transaction date 16.01.2026, the amount of 25.00 EUR and the completed status of the payment.

I kindly ask you to confirm that this document is sufficient for verification.
