La settimana scorsa Pragmatic Play ha organizzato un torneo con i seguenti giochi: Big Bass Splash 1000, Anaconda Gold, Sugar Rush Super Scatter, Fortune of Olympus e altri 2-3 giochi di cui non ricordo il nome.
Il torneo si è concluso venerdì mattina o sabato mattina e, se non ricordo male, la mia classifica era 16° e ho vinto 1000 €.
Domenica mi sono collegato a N1 Casino e, non appena ho iniziato una partita di Pragmatic Play, mi è apparso un messaggio che mi informava di aver vinto 1000 € dal torneo, che mi sarebbero stati accreditati il giorno lavorativo successivo. Sono passati praticamente 3 giorni e ancora niente; nei tornei più vecchi, l'accredito avviene 1 o 2 ore dopo la fine del torneo, anche se si tratta di un weekend. Lunedì 03/02/26 ho contattato il servizio clienti di N1 e mi hanno detto che avevano assegnato il mio reclamo al reparto competente, ma non è stato ancora fatto nulla. C'è qualcos'altro che posso fare o qualcuno ha riscontrato una situazione simile? Mi sembra tutto molto strano e non mi piace.

Το τουρνουά έληξε Παρασκευή ξημερώματα ή Σάββατο ξημερώματα και η κατάταξη μου ήταν 16ος αν θυμάμαι καλά και κέρδιζα 1000€.
Την Κυριακή συνδέθηκα στο N1 Casino και με το που μπήκα σε ένα παιχνίδι της pragmatic play, μου έβγαλε μήνυμα ότι έχω κερδίσει 1000€ από το τουρνουά τα οποία θα πιστωθούν την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα. Έχουν περάσει στην ουσία 3 ημέρες και ακόμη τίποτα, σε παλιότερα τουρνουά τα χρήματα πιστώνονται 1 με 2 ώρες αφότου τελειώσει το τουρνουά, ακόμη κι αν είναι Σαββατοκύριακο. Την Δευτέρα 2/3/26 επικοινώνησα με την εξυπηρέτηση του Ν1 και μου είπαν ότι έχουν αναθέσει το παράπονό μου στο αρμόδιο τμήμα αλλά ακόμα δεν έχει γίνει τίποτα. Υπάρχει κάτι άλλο που μπορώ να κάνω ή έχει αντιμετωπίσει καποιος κάτι παρόμοιο; Μου φαίνεται πολύ περίεργο όλο αυτό και δεν μου αρέσει.
