Hello dear Casino Guru Team,

I deposited €65 at Slotexo (without activating the bonus, so I only played with real money) and won €17,000.

I can only withdraw €500 per day and now, as of September 5, 2025, I have three €500 outstanding as withdrawals since September 2, 2025.

the casino is keeping me waiting with the payout.

I asked if I should verify my KYC, but they said no, everything was fine. (I have screenshots of everything.)

What can I do to get my money?

ich kann nur 500€ pro Tag auszahlen und habe nun, den 5.09.2025 3 x 500€ offen als Auzahlung seit dem 2.09.2025.

das Casino hält mich mit der Auszahlung hin.

ich habe angefragt, ob ich KYC verifizieren soll, die meinten nein alles ist ok. (habe von allem Screenshots)
