Good morning,

I have submitted 3 withdrawal requests.

and 3 are in the amount of 500E, 2 of them I requested to be credited to the mastercard and one to a bank account.

The status of the requests is currently being processed.

I have made several communications on live chat and I am asked to be patient and that they have forwarded it further and that it will be resolved.

I have not received any response to the email I have sent to support.

I'm reading reviews that say it's a scam.

Do you know if there is any way I can handle this issue?

σε email που έχω στείλει στο support δεν έχω λάβει καμία απ΄αντηση.
