Hello, I would like to clarify a few things.

Vegasino only recently requested a selfie with their website in the background. Previously, they required a regular selfie where my face was scanned.

I uploaded the selfie with the website in the background.

Vegasino received proof of deposit from me many weeks ago. What Vegasino is now demanding from me is something that is technically impossible with Trustwallet.

As you can see in the image above: The Trustwallet app doesn't display a hash when you select a transaction. You have to tap "More details," which then redirects you back to the public block explorer. I already sent proof of this to Vegasino many weeks ago.

Furthermore, I can no longer scroll back to November 1st (the day of my deposit) in the Trustwallet app because I have had many new transactions in my wallet in the meantime, and you cannot scroll back indefinitely in the app.

I request the completion of my verification process. I have submitted all possible documents multiple times and have been given the runaround since November. I believe I have waited long enough.
