I registered with BetBoom, deposited 300 pesos, took the 100% bonus, and won 2,251.35 pesos. The money vanished immediately, although it does appear in my history—I've attached screenshots, logs, and chats with customer service.

Okay, so according to what you're saying, you won the money but didn't spend it, right? If you have a gameplay history, I believe we could try to help you if you can't reach an agreement with the casino. 

I looked at what they wrote, but they only mentioned that you won 71.64. It's strange, so I would probably discuss it with our team, who will look into the whole situation.
