How dishonest or disreputable can online casinos actually be without facing sanctions?!

At the same time, this allows one to draw very good conclusions about the general trustworthiness of these casinos and their operators...

Dass es heutzutage leider schon normal ist, dass sich die Casinos positive Reviews mit Freispielen & Co. "erkaufen" (siehe unten), ist Tatsache, aber dass der Betreiber dieser beiden Casinos (Tixi Multimedia B.V. / Multitix Limited) bei diesen Aussendungen einfach vollkommen andere Betreiber erwähnen, ist definitiv Irreführung und letztendlich Betrug!

Gleichzeitig kann man dadurch aber sehr gut Rückschlüsse auf die generelle Seriosität dieser Casinos bzw. deren Betreiber ziehen...

Fazit: Wettbewerbsverzerrung und Irreführung von Interessenten!

Ich finde es toll, dass Du bzw. Casino Guru sich dagegen einsetzt, aber letztendlich seid Ihr leider machtlos gegen diese Machenschaften...

Retroactive rejections are our most powerful tool in combating fake or biased reviews because, in most cases, we need a handful of those to identify patterns and "users' behavior." I can assure you that in the case of decent casinos, the damage caused by positive "reviews" is minimal. However, when it comes to dealing with fakes and paid attempts in real time, our position is uneasy. Yet that is not my point.

Therefore, we plan to publish only verified reviews on our website in the future. Romi may tell you how many reviews we reject each month to keep the rating as fair as possible—it can be more than 50%. The main issue is that we expect many players to be put off by the verification process, which means we expect to lose some unbiased reviews as well. On the other hand, I vote for these steps because it only takes a few minutes on Trustpilot to see that reviews in general have now become a paid business.

Well, it is not easy to be sure which review is real and which one is fake, as I could call them, you know.

We always take care of every review individually and stick to our guidelines, but sometimes, even though we may think that a review is not okay, we are unable to prove it somehow. I hope you understand me here, really.

So, as you say, we are really somehow powerless, but on the other side, the good thing is that user reviews are not included in the overall rating or better safety index of the casino, and this way those fake reviews can't influence that.
