Il casinò è impostato molto bene, sfortunatamente ho già vinto soldi al casinò, 1000 euro, ma non sono riuscito a prelevarli tutti in una volta, solo 500 euro. Stanno aspettando dal 10 gennaio 2025. Sfortunatamente, la chat live e il supporto via e-mail non possono fornire alcuna informazione e fanno sempre riferimento al dipartimento finanziario responsabile, che purtroppo non è raggiungibile. È molto frustrante essere tenuti in attesa in questo modo. Trovo triste che i clienti che depositano molti soldi lì vengano trattati in questo modo.

Das Casino ist ganz nett aufgebaut, leider habe ich bei dem Casino bereits Geld gewonnen und zwar 1000 Euro, diese konnte ich nicht auf einmal auszahlen lassen, sondern nur 500€. Die warten jetzt seit dem 10.01.25 bis dato. Leider kann der Live Chat sowie die Email zu dem Support keine Auskunft geben und verweist immer auf die zuständige Finanzabteilung die man aber leider nicht erreichen kann. Es ist sehr frustrierend so hingehalten zu werden. Ich finde es traurig das so mit Kunden umgegangen wird die viel Geld dort einzahlen.
