Τα χρηματα κερδηθηκαν απο καζινο σε ενα και μόνο φρούτο. Ύστερα απο συνεχείς επικοινωνίες με το τσατ αλλα και με email στο support της εταιρείας οι απαντήσεις ηταν ολες οι ίδιες. Να περιμένω λόγω φόρτου εργασίας και να μην ανησυχώ για τα χρηματα.
Μετά απο λιγο καιρό στην προσπάθεια μου να μπω στον λογαριασμό μου δεν κατάφερα γιατι μου τον είχαν κλειδώσει γιατι.
Αμέσως ρωτησα για ποιον λόγο εγινε αυτο και μου είπαν οτι ειναι λάθος του συστήματος αρχικά.
Το θέμα συνεχιζε να υπάρχει και τις επόμενες μέρες οπότε ξαναρώτησα και μου είπαν οτι γίνεται έλεγχος του λογαριασμού και όταν ολοκληρωθεί να μου στείλουν email. Δυστυχώς ακόμα περιμένω.
Επιπλέον στο τσατ επαιρνα διάφορες απαντήσεις απο τους υπαλλήλους. Οτι δεν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα και να περιμένω αλλα και να στείλω κάποια έγγραφα στο υποτιθέμενο email που μου είχαν στείλει αλλα εγω ουδέποτε έλαβα κάποιο email σχετικο
