I requested a withdrawal on July 27, 2025. Today is August 8, and I'm still waiting for my money. According to the website, withdrawals usually take three to five business days, so that deadline has long since passed.

I've contacted support several times, via live chat and email. The answer is always the same: "Your payout is being processed" or "the finance department is working on it." But nothing happens. No update, no explanation, no movement.

To me, this doesn't seem serious. It feels like you're being kept waiting. And that's with something as important as a payout.

I think you should know what you're getting into before you play there. Trust doesn't look like that to me!

Ich habe am 27.07.2025 eine Auszahlung beantragt. Heute ist der 8. August und ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld. Laut Website dauert eine Auszahlung normalerweise 3 bis 5 Werktage. Diese Frist ist also längst vorbei.

Ich habe den Support mehrfach kontaktiert, über den Live Chat und per Mail. Die Antwort ist jedes Mal gleich: „Ihre Auszahlung ist in Bearbeitung" oder „die Finanzabteilung arbeitet daran". Aber es passiert einfach nichts. Kein Update, keine Erklärung, keine Bewegung.

Für mich wirkt das nicht seriös. Es fühlt sich an, als würde man hingehalten. Und das bei etwas so Wichtigem wie einer Auszahlung.

Ich finde, man sollte wissen, worauf man sich einlässt, bevor man dort spielt. Vertrauen sieht für mich anders aus!

Since then, nothing has progressed at all.

ich habe vor mittlerweile 3 Wochen bei 5Gringos 6000 Euro gewonnen.

Natürlich kann man wieder nur 500 Euro pro Tag auszahlen und nur 3 aktive Auszahlungsanträge haben..

Nach gefühlt bettlen und knien haben sie die ersten 3 Anträge nach 8!!!!!! Tagen ausbezahlt.

Seit dem geht nichts mehr vorwärts, null.

Solch lange Wartezeiten sind erfahrungsgemäß höchst unüblich und auf gar keinen Fall akzeptabel.

Natürlich kann ich das per Screenshots belegen!

Und nein, Schlaumeier an der Verifizierung liegt es nicht, da im Konto angezeigt wird: keine Verifizierung nötig.

Auch am Bonus kann es nicht liegen, da dieser schon lange gewagert wurde. (Die ersten 1500 wurden ja auch schon gezahlt).
