Vorrei condividere con voi la mia pessima esperienza con infinity casino. Sono cliente di questo casinò da un anno e ho giocato diverse migliaia di euro.
40 giorni fa ho fatto delle richieste di prelievo che sono state poi annullate con la scusa che era colpa della mia banca - va notato che è dalla stessa banca che ho fatto tutti i depositi al casinò, depositi che vengono approvati in pochi secondi - ma non potevano rimborsare i soldi come mi avevano detto.....mi hanno costretto a parlare con la banca e lì mi è stato detto che il casinò non ha mai provato a inviarmi soldi e non ha mai rifiutato nessuna transazione. Infatti, quando lo hanno fatto, lo hanno dato per iscritto e l'ho inviato al casinò.
Il 06/11/24 ho presentato reclamo per il problema sulla pagina del casinò guru e forse a causa della pressione il casinò mi ha inviato un'e-mail in cui mi informava che il prelievo del denaro era stato approvato e sarebbe stato sul mio conto entro 3 giorni lavorativi. Dopo 12 giorni e senza aver ricevuto i miei soldi, il responsabile dei reclami ha chiesto al casinò dove si trovasse il caso, a seguito del quale hanno risposto che avevano un problema con il loro fornitore di servizi di pagamento e hanno restituito i soldi sul mio conto del casinò.
Ho effettuato due nuove richieste di prelievo per un totale di 1000 euro e ho ricevuto nuove e-mail che le mie due richieste da 500+500 erano state approvate e che entro 3 giorni lavorativi il denaro sarebbe stato depositato sul mio conto.
Passarono i giorni, non ricevevo ancora soldi e quando chiesi al responsabile VIP del casinò, soprannominato Rick, cosa stesse succedendo con i miei prelievi, rimasi sorpreso nel vedere che mi stava inviando un'e-mail in cui mi informava che il casinò stava elaborando la mia richiesta di prelievo...
A un certo punto mi sono arrabbiato e gli ho chiesto come mai avevo ricevuto un'e-mail dal casinò in cui mi diceva che i 2 prelievi erano stati approvati e che i soldi sarebbero stati sul mio conto entro 3 giorni?
Il signore con il soprannome Rick mi ha risposto in modo diverso da quello che gli avevo chiesto! Ha scritto cose irrilevanti e non è andato al punto, ovvero le sue risposte contrastanti in relazione alle email che ho ricevuto due volte da infinity casino!
Ieri sono trascorsi 40 giorni dal primo tentativo di prelievo dei miei soldi e, mentre facevo pressione sia sul gestore del conto che sul servizio clienti, all'improvviso ho visto che i soldi erano stati restituiti sul mio conto, avevano annullato la verifica che avevo sul mio conto e mi avevano chiesto di verificare nuovamente dall'inizio e poi di inviare nuovamente una richiesta di prelievo.
E chiedo a tutti voi: quello che hanno fatto non si chiama forse frode?
Sebbene il mio account fosse stato verificato da un po', i miei prelievi sono stati approvati due volte, ho ricevuto un'e-mail in cui mi si diceva che avrei ricevuto i soldi e, infine, per non pagarmi, hanno annullato i prelievi, annullato la verifica e, 40 giorni dopo, mi chiedono di ricominciare tutto da capo se voglio riscuotere le mie vincite!

I would like to share with you my very bad experience with infinity casino. I have been a customer for a year at this casino and have played several thousand euros.
40 days ago I made withdrawal requests which were then cancelled with the excuse that it was my bank's fault - it should be noted that it is from the same bank that I made all the deposits at the casino, deposits which are approved in a few seconds - but they could not refund the money as they told me.....they forced me to talk to the bank and there I was told that the casino never made an attempt to send me money and they never rejected any transaction. On 06/11/24 I complained about the issue on the guru casino page and perhaps due to pressure the casino sent me an email that the withdrawal of the money was approved and would be in my account within 3 business days. After 12 days passed and I did not receive my money, the complaint manager asked the casino where the case was, as a result of which they replied that they had a problem with their payment provider and returned the money to my casino account.
I made two new requests for withdrawals totaling 1000 euros and received new emails that my two requests of 500+500 were approved and within 3 business days the money would be deposited into my account.

Yesterday was 40 days since the first attempt to withdraw my money and while I put pressure on both the account manager and customer service, I suddenly saw that the money was returned to my account, they canceled the verification I had on my account and asked me to verify again from the beginning and then submit a withdrawal request again.
And I ask all of you. Isn't what they did called fraud?

Θα ήθελα να μοιραστώ μαζί σάς την πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία μου με το infinity casino. Είμουν πελάτης εδώ και ένα χρόνο σε αυτό το καζίνο και έπαιξα αρκετές χιλιάδες ευρώ.
Πριν 40 μέρες έκανα αιτήματα για αναλήψεις τα οποία αφού ακυρώθηκαν με δικαιολογία ότι φταίει η τράπεζα μου - να σημειωθεί ότι είναι από την ίδια τράπεζα που έκανα όλες τις καταθέσεις στο καζίνο, καταθέσεις οι οποίες εγκρίνονται σε μερικά δευτερόλεπτα - όμως επιστροφή χρημάτων όπως μου έλεγαν δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν.....με ανάγκασαν να μιλήσω με την τράπεζα και εκεί μου αναφέρθηκε ότι ποτέ δεν έγινε προσπάθεια από το καζίνο να μου στείλει λεφτά και ποτέ δεν απέρριψαν καμία συναλλαγή. Μάλιστα που έδωσαν το έδωσαν και γραπτός και το έστειλα στο καζίνο.
Στις 06/11/24 έκανα παράπονο για το θέμα στην σελίδα guru casino και ίσως λόγω πίεσης το καζίνο μου έστειλε email ότι εγκρίθηκε η ανάληψη των χρημάτων και σε διάστημα 3 εργάσιμων ημερών θα έμπαιναν στον λογαριασμό μου. Αφού πέρασαν 12 μέρες και δεν πήρα τα χρήματα μου, η διαχειριστής του παράπονου μου ρώτησε το καζίνο που βρίσκεται η υπόθεση, με αποτέλεσμα να απαντήσουν ότι είχαν πρόβλημα με τον πάροχο πληρωμών τους και επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα στον λογαριασμό μου στο καζίνο.
Έκανα δύο νέες αιτήσεις για αναλήψεις συνολικού ποσού 1000 ευρώ και έλαβα νέα email οτι τα δύο μου αιτήματα 500+500 εγκρίθηκαν και εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών θα έμπαιναν τα χρήματα στον λογαριασμό μου.
Πέρασαν μέρες, πάλι δεν πήρα χρήματα και μάλιστα ο vip manager του καζίνο με το ψευδώνυμο Rick, όταν τον ρωτούσα τι γίνεται με τις αναλήψεις μου, με έκπληξη είδα ότι μου έστελνε email ότι το καζίνο επεξεργάζεται το αίτημα αναλήψεων μου...
Κάπου εκεί θύμωσα πλέον και τον ρώτησα πώς γίνεται να έχω email από το καζίνο ότι εγκρίθηκαν οι 2 αναλήψεις και θα έμπαιναν τα χρήματα εντός 3 ημερών στον λογαριασμό μου?
Ο κύριος με το ψευδώνυμο Rick μου απαντούσε διάφορα εκτός από αυτό που τον ρωτούσα ! Έγραψε άσχετα πράγματα και δεν έμπαινε στην ουσία δηλαδή τις αντικρουόμενες απαντήσεις του σε σχέση με τα email που έλαβα από το infinity casino 2 φορές !
Χθές 40 ημέρες από την πρώτη προσπάθεια να κάνω ανάληψη τα χρήματα μου και ενώ έβαλα πίεση τόσο στον διαχειριστή του λογαριασμού όσο και στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, ξαφνικά είδα ότι τα χρήματα τα επέστρεψαν στον λογαριασμό μου, ακύρωσαν την επαλήθευση που είχα στον λογαριασμό μου και μου ζήτησαν νεα επαλήθευση ξανά από την αρχή και μετά να υποβάλλω ξανά αίτημα για ανάληψη.
Και ρωτάω όλους σας. Αυτό που έκαναν δεν ονομάζεται απάτη ?
Ενώ ο λογαριασμός μου ειχε επαλήθευση από λίγο καιρό πριν , εγκρίθηκαν δύο φορές φορές οι αναλήψεις μου, πήρα email ότι θα έπαιρνα τα χρήματα και τελικά για να μην με πληρώσουν, ακύρωσαν τις αναλήψεις, ακύρωσαν την επαλήθευση και μου ζητάνε 40 μέρες μετά, να τα αρχίσω όλα από την αρχή αν θέλω να διεκδικήσω τα κέρδη μου !

Θα ήθελα να ακούσω εισηγήσεις από όποιον θέλει, πώς μπορώ να κάνω κάτι να πάρω τα κέρδη μου. Είναι δύσκολα τα πράγματα όταν απέναντι σου έχεις απατεώνες και το ξέρω.
