Ho visto tutti i tipi di casinò truffaldini/squallidi online, ma questo è qualcosa di completamente diverso. Mi sembra peggio, ma lascio a voi giudicare.
All'inizio la mia esperienza è stata abbastanza buona, anche se le loro offerte di giri senza deposito richiedono di depositare soldi veri e scommettere l'equivalente delle tue vincite (o x2 x3 non ricordo). A parte questo, l'esperienza è stata ok, interfaccia abbastanza elegante e chiara con un sacco di piccoli bonus/rakeback che ricevi anche ai livelli più bassi e ti tengono impegnato.
Una domenica ho deciso di raggiungere alcuni traguardi e di fare un sacco di scommesse con i loro giochi interni con rtp del 98 o 99%. Ne ho giocati 5 o 6 in parallelo, ma nonostante giocassi a giochi diversi, stavo andando molto male e il mio bankroll è volato via piuttosto rapidamente. Quindi raggiungere il traguardo si è rivelato un'operazione sbagliata, ma non ci ho pensato, le brutte serie capitano anche con i giochi più equi al 99%.
Il giorno dopo ho deciso di tentare la fortuna con questi giochi, in particolare un tipo di gioco "dadi" con circa il 65% di probabilità, lanciato in automatico e ho continuato a fare alcune faccende. Sono tornato e ho trovato il mio bankroll completamente esaurito. Ero in una specie di shock, ho controllato le mie ultime corse e ho visto che le avevo perse TUTTE, la cronologia mostrava forse 30 o 40, ma le probabilità di perdere anche solo 30 di queste partite di fila erano astronomicamente basse.
Quando la cosa diventa più strana, ne parlo nella chat, non ero arrabbiato o niente del genere, stavo solo ridendo dello spettacolo dei clown, il moderatore mi ha detto come si può controllare la fortuna e cose del genere.
Quando ne ho parlato con l'assistenza mi hanno consigliato di smettere di giocare a questo gioco (sì, buona idea Sherlock, perché non lo uccidi tu stesso). Un paio d'ore dopo sono tornati da me molto contenti di loro stessi, dicendomi che avevano risolto il problema e mi avevano rimborsato la (piccola) cifra che avevo perso quel giorno. Sono stati molto superficiali riguardo a questo "bug".
Le cose sono degenerate un po' da parte mia, sono rimasto scioccato da quanto stessero prendendo alla leggera gli enormi problemi del loro gioco interno. Ho detto loro che avevo perso ogni fiducia in loro e che stavo mettendo in dubbio i miei risultati dei giorni precedenti. Dato che non ci sono archivi di scommesse passate (forse danno accesso a 100 scommesse, senza informazioni specifiche, hash o id) non ho potuto verificarle.
Non riuscivano a vedere alcun problema e non capivano perché qualcuno avrebbe dovuto mettere in dubbio il fatto che qualcuno avrebbe chiesto una verifica. Ho un sacco di screenshot e chatlog, sono assolutamente surreali.
Considerato che ho investito (intendo perso) piccole somme e che mi è rimasto ben poco, ho chiesto loro di chiudere il mio account e di rimuovermi dalle loro mailing list. Anche questo andava oltre le capacità del loro supporto INCOMPETENTE e dell'IT, mi hanno detto di autoescludermi dal loro sito, cosa che trovo davvero disonesta perché non li stavo lasciando per un problema di "dipendenza dal gioco d'azzardo" ma perché erano i peggiori pagliacci incompetenti che abbia mai incontrato.
Ancora oggi ricevo giri gratuiti e promozioni.

At first my experience was pretty ok, even if their no deposit spins offers need you to deposit real money and wager the equivalent of your winnings (or x2 x3 I don't remember). Other than that, the experience was ok, pretty sleek and clear interface with a lot of small bonuses/rakebacks you receive even at the lowest levels and keep you engaged.
On a sunday I decided to reach some milestones and do a lot of wagering with their inhouse 98 or 99% rtp games. I played 5 or 6 of them in parallel, but despite playing different games, I was running very bad and my bankroll flew away pretty quickly. So reaching the milestone proved to be a bad operation, but I thought nothing of it, bad runs happen even with the fairest 99% games.
The day after I decided to try my luck with these games, especially one "dice" type of a game with something like 65% odds, launched in auto and went on to do some chores. I came back and found my bankroll totally depleted. I was in a kind of shock, I checked my last runs and saw that I lost ALL OF THEM ,history showed maybe 30 or 40, but still the odds of losing even 30 such games in a row was astronomically low.
This when it gets weirder, I talk in the chat about this, I wasn't mad or anything just laughing about the clown show, the moderator told me about how you can control luck and stuff like that.
When I talked about it to support they advised me to stop playing this game (yeah good idea Sherlock, why don't you kill it yourselves). A couple of hours after they came back to me very happy about themselves, telling me they solved the problem and reimbursed the (very small) amount I lost that day. They were very casual about this "bug".
Things escalated a little bit on my side, I was shocked by how lightly they were taking the huge problems of their inhouse game. I told them that I lost all trust in them, and I was questioning my results the previous days. Given that there are no archive of past bets (the give access to 100 bets maybe, with no specific info, hash or id) I could not verify them.
They couldn't see any problem, and didn't understand why anyone would question why someone would ask a verification. I have a ton of screenshots and chatlogs, they're absolutely surreal.
Given the fact that invested (i mean lost) small amounts and that had very little left, I asked them to close my account and remove me from their mailing lists. Even that was beyond the capabilities of their INCOMPETENT support and IT, they told me to self-exclude from their site, something I find really dishonest because I wasn't leaving them because of "gambling addiction" problem but because they were the absolute worst most incompetent clowns I ever crossed paths with.
To this day I receive free spins and promotions.
