In generale, mi è piaciuto giocare qui. Ma ora aspetto un pagamento da oltre 3 settimane, anche se il mio account è completamente verificato. The casino is telling me that they want to carry out their own due diligence checks (whatever that means). I'm now afraid that I won't be able to get my winnings paid out at all.
Grundsätzlich habe ich hier gern gespielt. Nun warte ich aber seit über 3 Wochen auf eine Auszahlung, obwohl mein Account vollständig verifiziert ist. Das Casino verströstet mich damit, dass sie selber Due Dilligence checks durchführen wollen (was auch immer das bedeutet). Mittlerweile befürchte ich, dass ich meine Gewinne gar nicht mehr ausgezahlt bekomme.
