Well I have played for two years on this site and at the beginning I was able to withdraw around 4 thousand so we will see , but I am hopeful it goes smoothly.

My only advise is to be patient and try to supply everything "exactly" as requested.

No screenshots, regardless of what they say...

No scan....

No print and photo. ..

Just the original document in pdf form.

After sending more than 20 replacement documents I was finally verified . And it turns out I sent what they were requesting the whole time....

Although it feels very scammy. They will come through in time with that correct document.

I tried so many times and finally my electronic bank statement came in....

The original file in pdf form and it was accepted.

Keep on trying and stay positive ... it will work out .

Nevertheless, I know one thing:

Even if I eventually receive verification and then a payout after this ordeal and possibly weeks of anxiety... I will not invest another cent there.

The support alone, which is there immediately but makes no statements other than cpoy & post - sentences, and then of course this ordeal with verification and payout, is not worth my nerves.

As mentioned before, we usually play there with small stakes, mostly for ourselves. But there are casinos that, for example, my brother plays at, where he enters the withdrawal information and hasn't even put his phone down when it rings and the bank informs him that a deposit has just been received.

Something like that makes a big difference for a casino, even if it costs more in salaries; it pays off in terms of customer traffic – I think. They're as meticulous as the German tax authorities. Or, of course, they do it deliberately, hoping people will gamble away their winnings while they wait. That's my suspicion.

And what I have to say: I've never been offered so many bonus gifts and free spins as during this waiting period, where you know that a free spin "at their expense" will reduce your entire winnings to bonus money. - That's underhanded and mean!!!!

Trotzdem weiss ich eins:

Auch wenn ich irgendwann, nach dieser Aktion und evtl wochenlanger Nervenphase, eine Verifizierung und dann eine Auszahlung bekommen sollte ..... werde ich keinen Cent mehr dort investieren.

Allein der Support, der zwar sofort da ist aber keine Aussagen trifft außer cpoy & post - Sätze und dann natürlich diese Quälerei mit Verifizierung und Auszahlung, das sind mir meine Nerven nicht wert.

Wie schon erwähnt, wir spielen dort normal auf kleinen Einsätzen mehr für uns um die Wette. Aber es gibt Casinos, die zB mein Bruder zockt, da gibt der die Auszahlung ein und hat das Handy noch nicht weg gelegt da klingelt es und die Sparkasse sagt Ihm das gerade Geldeingang war.

So etwas macht viel aus für ein Casino, wenn es evtl auch mehr Gehälter kostet, es macht sich beim Kundenzulauf bezahlt - denke ich. Die sind ja genauer wie das deutsche Finanzamt. Oder die machen das natürlich absichtlich in der Hoffnung die Leute verzocken in der Wartezeit wieder ihren Gewinn. Das ist meine Vermutung dabei.

Und was ich sagen muss: Ich habe nie so viele Bonusgeschenke und Freispiele angeboten bekommen wie in dieser Wartephase, wo man weiss das ein Freispiel "auf deren Kosten" meinen ganzen Gewinn in die Bonusgeldgewinne drückt. - Das ist hinterfotzig & gemein!!!!
