AGGIORNATO --- Ho effettivamente ricevuto il mio prelievo di $75. Ci sono voluti circa 6 giorni dopo aver caricato i documenti d'identità e credo di essere stato un po' frettoloso con il mio reclamo. Non sapevo che il primo prelievo potesse richiedere fino a 2 settimane. Quindi, tenendo presente questo, solo 6 giorni per il primo prelievo sembrano piuttosto veloci. Spero solo che i prossimi siano un po' più veloci! Ignorate la mia recensione pessima! Questi ragazzi sono seri e PAGANO.
NON MI PAGHERÀ LE MIE VINCITE
Ho utilizzato un bonus senza deposito e ho vinto 75$, il massimo incasso indicato nei termini. Ho completato la scommessa 40x. Quando ho provato a prelevare i miei fondi, mi è stato detto che dovevo effettuare un deposito di conferma di "Almeno 20 EUR e giocare 3 volte". Ho chiesto 3 volte nella chat dal vivo se questo fosse l'ultimo requisito per prelevare le vincite senza deposito - mi è stato ripetutamente risposto "Sì, una volta giocati 20 EUR potrai prelevare i tuoi soldi". Ho giocato 20 EUR, ho fatto una richiesta di prelievo che è stata prontamente rifiutata. Quando ho chiesto in chat dal vivo, mi hanno detto che dovevo caricare documenti di verifica dell'identità... nonostante mi avessero detto che non sarebbe stato necessario.
Ho obbedito immediatamente, inviando i documenti richiesti. Mi è stato detto che erano stati approvati e che il mio prelievo sarebbe stato elaborato "una volta che il team finanziario lo avesse approvato". Era il 10 settembre e il mio prelievo è ancora in sospeso.
La chat mi ha informato che "non ci vorrà molto". Ho chiesto i tempi previsti e non mi hanno saputo dire altro se non "dipende dal team finanziario". Mi hanno ripetuto più volte che riceverò i miei fondi, ma non ho ancora visto nulla.
Prima di depositare, ho informato l'operatore della chat live che questo deposito di 20 EUR era l'ultimo dei miei fondi e che non potevo permettermi di perdere tempo con ulteriori passaggi e tempi di attesa per i soldi. Avrei proceduto con il deposito solo se avessero potuto confermare e garantire un prelievo, e quello era l'ultimo passaggio richiesto. Mi hanno risposto: "Sì, una volta che avrai giocato 20 EUR, il tuo prelievo sarà approvato".
Era una bugia, dato che il mio prelievo è ancora in sospeso. Mentono su qualsiasi cosa pur di convincerti a consegnare i soldi, ma una volta che li hanno, evitano di pagarti, non ti tengono aggiornato, non richiedono documenti aggiuntivi. Non capisco perché ci siano recensioni qui che dicono che pagano "immediatamente" o "entro pochi minuti". È una bugia. Non sanno nemmeno quando ti pagheranno, dicono solo "è compito del team finanziario". Se chiedi di parlare con il team finanziario, ti dicono che non è possibile.
Casinò truffa. Tanto per dire che Dama NV è affidabile. Sarò felice di aggiornare questa recensione se mai riceverò il mio prelievo, ma a questo punto credo che questo sia solo l'ennesimo casinò truffaldino. Un processo di truffa fin troppo familiare, con cui ho avuto a che fare un bel po' di volte ormai, che si svolge esattamente come tutti i casinò truffaldini più noti.
Non trattenete il fiato in attesa di un prelievo da parte di questi tizi. Sperano che la gente rinunci al loro noioso processo di prelievo e smetta semplicemente di chiedere. Non mi fermerò finché non mi rifiuteranno o non approveranno direttamente.
UPDATED --- I did in fact receive my $75 cashout. It took about 6 days after uploading identity documents and I guess I was a bit hasty with my complaint. I didn't know that first withdrawal can supposedly take up to 2 weeks - So keeping that in mind, only 6 days for first withdrawal seems pretty fast. Just hoping the next ones are a bit faster! Disregard my bitchy review! These guys are legit and DO PAY.
WILL NOT PAY ME MY WINNINGS
I used a no deposit bonus and won $75, the max cashout stated in the terms. Completed the 40x wagering. When trying to withdraw my funds, I was told I needed to make some sort of confirmation deposit of "At least 20EUR and playthrough 3x". I asked 3 times in the live chat whether this would be the last requirement to withdraw the no deposit winnings - I was told repeatedly "Yes, once you've played through 20EUR you will be able to withdraw your money". I played through the 20EUR, made a withdrawal request which was promptly declined. When I asked live chat, they said I need to upload ID verification documents... Despite being told this wasn't going to be required.
I complied immediately, sent the requested documents. I was told they have been approved and my withdrawal will be processed "once the finance team approves it". That was September 10th and my withdrawal is still pending.
Live chat informed me 'it wont take long'. I asked the expected timeframe and they can't give you anything other than "it's up to the finance team". They repeatedly tell me I will receive my funds but I'm yet to see anything.
I informed the live chat rep before depositing that this 20EUR deposit was the last of my funds and I can not afford to be messed around with additional steps and time to wait for the money, and I would only proceed with the deposit if they could confirm and guarantee a withdrawal and that was the last step required. They said 'Yes, once you've played through 20EUR your withdrawal will be approved'.
This was a lie, as my withdrawal is still pending. They will lie about anything they can to get you to hand over money - but once they've got your money, they just avoid paying you, they don't keep you up to date, haven't requested any additional documents. Not sure why there are reviews here saying they pay out 'immediately' or 'within minutes'. That is a lie. They don't even know when they will pay you - They just say 'its the finance teams job'. If you ask to speak to the finance team, they say that is not possible.
Scam casino. So much for Dama N.V being reputable. Will happily update this review if I ever receive my withdrawal but at this point I believe this is just another scam casino. All too familiar scam process that I've dealt with a good handful of times now, it's playing out exactly the same as all the obvious known scam casinos.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a withdrawal from these guys. They're hoping people will give up on their tedious withdrawal process and just stop asking. I'm not going to stop until they either directly decline or approve.
