Ogni giorno scrivo al team di supporto, alla chat online, al team reclami e tutti dicono che il team finanziario ha bisogno di tempo per approvare la richiesta. Ενώ χρησιμοποιώ το καζίνο εδώ και 3 μήνες και ποτε δεν είχα κάποιο σοβαρό πρόβλημα με τις αναλήψεις, πρόσφατα κέρδισα ένα μεγάλο ποσό πάνω από 10Κ € και το καζίνο δεν μου εγκρίνει την ανάληψη μου , από τη Δευτέρα το πρωί έχω κάνει withdrawal request. Σήμερα είναι Πέμπτη πρωί και ακόμα το status εκκρεμεί. Μου δίνουν τις ίδιες αυτοατοποιημένες απαντήσεις. Κάθε μέρα τους γράφω σε support team , online chat, complaint team και όλοι λένε ότι το financial team θέλει χρόνο να εγκρίνει το αίτημα. Θέλουν απλά να καθυστερησουν τη διαδικασία μήπως παίξω τα χρήματα! Το χω πάθει στο παρελθόν. Όχι ξανα όμως! Απλά απαράδεκτοι, να είστε πολύ προσεκτικοί όσοι παίζετε εκεί
