Se vinci, ad esempio, 5.000 €, ci vuole molto tempo prima di avere i soldi sul tuo conto e alla fine è l'autocontrollo che ti impedisce di perdere troppo. Da oltre una settimana ho un problema con la valutazione di una schedina. Il supporto, che di solito è sempre veloce ad aiutare con una soluzione, non è per niente soddisfacente. Nella chat live devi spiegare il problema mille volte e ti viene ripetutamente detto di aspettare e che la questione è stata inviata a un altro reparto. Dopo più di un'ora ricevi la risposta che dovresti contattarmi via e-mail. Nessuna risposta per una settimana. Ho scritto al supporto via e-mail, nessuna risposta per una settimana. Il responsabile VIP non ha risposto tramite WhatsApp per una settimana. Ma solo per questo problema. Se chiedi qualcos'altro ricevi una risposta immediata. Sembra che non vogliano occuparsene e pagarmi i soldi.

Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden. Lediglich die lange Auszahlungsdauer und sehr geringe Auszahlungslimits stören mich. Bin schon auf Rang Experte und kann höchstens 800€ mit einer Auszahlung auszahlen, diese dauert 3 Tage. Bei einem Gewinn von z.b. 5000€ dauert es dann lange bis man die auf dem Konto hat und am Ende ist es die Selbstbeherrschung die einen nicht zu viel verspielen lässt. Seit über einer Woche habe ich nun ein Problem mit der Auswertung eines Wettscheins. Der Support der sonst immer schnell mit einer Lösung hilft ist null zufriedenstellend. Im Livechat muss man das Problem 1000mal erklären wird immer wieder auf Wartezeit vertröstet und das das Anliegen an eine andere Abteilung geschickt wird. Nach mehr als einer Stunde bekommt man die Antwort das man sich per Email bei mir melden. Seit einer Woche keine Antwort. Den Email Support angeschrieben, seit einer Woche keine Antwort. Der VIP Manager über WhatsApp seit einer Woche keine Antwort. Aber nur zu diesem Problem. Fragt man wegen etwas anderem nach gibt es sofort eine Antwort. Scheint als wollen sie sich nich drum kümmern und mir das Geld auszahlen.
