Il 21/08/2024 stavo giocando su Spinsy Casino, in particolare al gioco "Convertus Aurum". Ho ricevuto i giri gratuiti bonus e durante i giri gratuiti ho ottenuto altri due set da dieci giri extra, per un totale di 30 giri. Quando ho raggiunto il 18° dei 30 giri e con vincite già pari a 53,50 €, il gioco ha riscontrato un errore e mi ha chiesto di ricaricare il gioco. Dopo due o tre tentativi, mi ha fatto rientrare, ma invece di riprendere dai 18/30 giri con vincite pari a 53,50 €, il gioco ha mostrato che ero al 18° dei 20 giri con vincite pari a 24,80 €. Dopo aver completato i giri, l'importo finale di 33,80 € non è stato accreditato sul mio account. Στις 21/08/2024 επαιζα στο καζινο Spinsy και ποιο συγκεκριμενα στο παιχνιδι "Convertus Aurum". Ετυχα τις bonus δωρεαν περιστροφες και μεσα στις δωρεαν περιστροφες ετυχα αλλες δυο φορες απο δεκα spin extra συνολο 30. Οταν εφτασα στο 18ο απο τα 30 σπιν και ενω κερδιζα ηδη 53,50 ευρω το παιχνιδι εβγαλε σφαλμα και με προετρεψε να φορτωσω ξανα το παιχνιδι. Μετα απο δυο τρεις προσπαθειες με εβαλε ξανα αλλα αντι να με συνεχισει απο εκεινο το σημειο που κολλησε δλδ στα 18/30 σπιν και κερδος 53,50 το παιχνιδι ελεγε οτι ημουν στα 18/20 σπιν με κερδος 24,80 και αφου ολοκληρωσε τις περιστροφες δεν πιστωθηκαν στο λογαριασμο μου ουτε τα 33,80 που εβγαλε τελικο ποσο. Εννοειται οτι εχω στιγμιοτυπα οθονης με ολα τα σφαλματα και τα ποσα και το πρωτο πραγμα που εκανα ηταν να επικοινωνησω με το καζινο. Εστειλα ολες τις απαραιτητες λεπτομερειες του συμβαντος αλλα απο τις 21/08/2024 και μεχρι σημερα που σας γραφω δεν εχει επιλυθει και δεν εχω και επισημη απαντηση απο μεριας τους ουτε μεσω email ουτε απο το chat.
Να σημειωθει οτι το ελαχιστο ποσο αμφισβητησης ειναι 53,50 γιατι στις υπολοιπες περιστροφες που μου εχασε το παιχνιδι θα ηταν περισσοτερα καθως το feature με τα wilds επιανε ολες τις γραμμες στο παιχνιδι.
