Vegasino Casino - L'account del giocatore presenta problemi di verifica.

Good afternoon, my problem has been providing the verification documents of my card transactions. As I attached in a photo, my bank is refusing to send them to me in PDF, even though in the conversation you can see they said they would. This is not true; I can only download them in Excel and then convert them myself to PDF, but the casino says that doesn't work for them. Besides contacting the bank via message, I have also reached out by phone and in person at my branch, and the response is the same... I am also attaching the documents they requested in PDF after I converted them myself so you can see that this is truly what they are asking for. They are clear, and I don't understand why the casino won't accept them. I hope you can help me, thanks.

buenas tardes , mi problema ha sido para proporcionar los documentos de verificacion de mis movimientos de la tarjeta que como adjunto en una foto mi banco se niega en rotundo a mandarmelos en pdf aunque en la conversacion que veis me dicen que si, no es cierto solo los puedo descargar en excel y luego convertirlos yo en pdf pero el casino me dice que asi no les sirve. Aparte de ponerme en contacto con el banco por mensaje tambien lo he hecho via telefonica y presencial en mi oficina y nada la respuesta es la misma ..... os adjunto tambien los documentos que me piden en pdf despues que los he transformado para que veais que realmente es lo que me estan pidiendo, se ven claros y no entiendo porque el casino no me los acepta. espero que me podais ayudar , gracias.

First of all, I have tried to extract the documents several times but unfortunately the ones the casino asks me for cannot be extracted in PDF but in another format, I have to convert it to PDF myself and that is when they reject it... I do not receive bank statements either by post or email and regarding whether I have communicated the problem to the casino, yes of course on many occasions by chat and by email, I do not have the chat conversations but I am sending you a capture so that you can see that they do not offer me any other solution or help. En primer lugar si he intentado extraer los documentos varias veces pero lamentablemente los que me pide el casino no se puede extraer en pdf sino en otro formato , lo tengo que convertir yo en pdf y es ahi cuando me lo rechazan ... No recibo extractos bancarios ni por correo postal ni electronico y respecto a si he comunicado el problema al casino si claro en muchas ocasiones por chat y por correo electronico , las conversaciones de chat no las tengo pero os mando captura para que veais que no me ofrecen ninguna otra solucion ni ayuda . Good afternoon, thank you for the answer. As you asked, I entered the casino and went to the verification tab and it tells me to upload additional documents, but nowhere does it say what documents you are requesting from me now (I attach an image that verifies it). I spoke to an agent in the chat as you suggested and his response is that I need the usual pdf documents of card movements directly from the bank, those that I can't get.... I explained the problem to the guy and that you had contacted me for another solution and his response is that the guy in charge of that doesn't know that it belongs to another department and blah blah blah as long as they always give me... So I still can't verify my account and can't move forward on this matter. I hope you can give me a reasonable solution soon. Thanks.

Como me has pedido he entrado en el casino y he ido a la pestaña de verificacion y me pone que suba documentos adicionales pero en ningun sitio dice que documentos son los que me solicitais ahora( adjunto imagen que lo verifica ) le he hablado a un agente en el chat como me sugieres y su respuesta es que necesito los documentos de siempre pdf de movimientos de la tarjeta directamente de la banca , vamos esos que no puedo conseguir .... Le explico al chico el problema y que me habiais contactado para otra solucion y su respuesta es que el de eso no sabe que eso es de otro departamento y bla bla bla largas como siempre me dan ... Asi que sigo sin poder verificar mi cuenta y sin poder avanzar en este asunto . Espero que me podais dar una solucion razonable en breve . Gracias

The format is not correct because, as I have already said a thousand times, my bank does not provide it to me in PDF but in Excel and, on the other hand, the period must be longer until October 20 because otherwise the deposit I made to the casino is not visible. The reason is that my card charges the payments I made online a couple of days later... even so, I have sent you the document again by email. Thank you.

El formato no es correcto porque como ya he repetido mil veces mi banco no me lo proporciona en pdf sino en excel y por otro lado el periodo debe ser mas amplio hasta el dia 20 de octubre porque sino no se ve el ingreso que hice al casino . El motivo es que mi tarjeta carga los pagos que efectuo online un par de dias despues .. aun asi os he vuelto a enviar el documento por correo electronico . Gracias

Dear Vegasino Casino, as mentioned by the player her bank doesn't provide an option to download the bank statement in PDF format, it can only be downloaded in Excel. The player also mentioned that she had to convert it to PDF herself.
