La mia esperienza complessiva è stata piuttosto negativa. Oltre a essere limitati molto rapidamente, i prelievi sono stati completamente caotici. Il primo mi ha bloccato quasi due mesi dopo averli contattati mille volte, e il secondo, che ha richiesto quasi un mese, è finito per costarmi più di 20 € in meno di quanto avevo prelevato! Ho contattato la chat e mi hanno detto che quelli erano i loro termini e condizioni (quando dice che addebitano un massimo di 5 € di commissioni). Non sanno nemmeno da dove vengono i loro nervi quando glielo chiedi; il fatto è che pagano molto meno dell'importo che prelevi.

My overall experience has been pretty bad. Aside from being limited very quickly, the withdrawals have been completely chaotic. The first one stopped me almost two months after contacting them a thousand times, and the second, which took almost a month, ended up costing me more than €20 less than what I had withdrawn! I contacted the chat, and they told me those were their terms and conditions (when it says they charge a maximum of €5 in fees). They don't even know where their nerves are coming from when you ask them; the fact is, they pay out much less than the amount you withdraw.

Mi experiencia en general ha sido bastante mala. Aparte de limitarme con mucha rapidez, los retiros han sido totalmente caóticos. El primero me pardó casi 2 meses después de contactar mil veces, y el segundo, que me ha tardado casi 1 mes, me han llegado más de 20€ menos de lo retirado! contacté con el chat y me dijeron que esos eran sus T/C (cuando ahi viene que como mucho se cobran 5€ de comisión). no saben ni por donde les viene el aire cuando les preguntas, el caso es que pagan mucho menos de la cantidad que tu retiras.
