Ho un reclamo aperto per un prelievo che non è ancora stato elaborato al 19/10. Nessuno risponde. Questo casinò ha una recensione sbagliata in quanto ritarda costantemente il prelievo dei giocatori. Ho già chiesto loro di intervenire poiché supereremo i 14 giorni perché si avvicina il fine settimana che è considerato un giorno festivo. Nessuno mi aiuta con la chat dal vivo, solo scusandosi e nessuna risposta su quando riceverò i miei soldi. Il mio reclamo è già aperto ma nessun rappresentante risponde e tra 18 ore scade la scadenza del tuo rappresentante
I have an open complaint from a withdrawal that has not yet been processed as of 10/19. No one answers. This casino has a wrong review as it is constantly delaying the withdrawal of players. Εχω ανοιχτό παράπονο από ανάληψη που δεν έχει επεξεργαστεί ακόμα από τις 19/10. Δεν απαντάει κανείς. Αυτό το καζίνο έχει λανθασμένη κριτική καθώς καθυστερεί μονίμως της ανάληψης των παικτών. Έχω ζητήσει να επέμβουν ήδη καθώς θα ξεπεράσουμε τις 14 μέρες διότι έρχεται Σαββατοκύριακο που θεωρείται αργία. Κανένας δε με βοηθάει η ζωντανή συνομιλία μόνο συγγνώμη ζητάει και καμιά απάντηση για το πότε θα λάβω τα χρήματα μου. Το παράπονο μου είναι ήδη ανοιχτό αλλά κανένας εκπρόσωπος δεν απαντάει και σε 18 h λήγει η προθεσμία του εκπροσώπου σας
