All'inizio il casinò offre molte promozioni (giri gratuiti, scommesse gratuite, ecc.), ma una volta che si inizia ad avere un saldo positivo, iniziano a limitare ciò che si può scommettere, chiudono alcuni mercati, è davvero disgustoso, ma la parte peggiore non c'è.
Un giorno, entrando nella loro piattaforma, mi sono reso conto che mi avevano bannato senza preavviso (fino al giorno prima di quello che era successo, avevo usato l'account sul sito normalmente per molto tempo, facendo depositi e prelievi costanti con un account a mio nome). Dopo di ciò, ho chiesto loro spiegazioni su quanto accaduto e mi hanno mandato solo uno SPAM con i loro T&C in cui dicevano che la decisione era unanime e irreversibile. Ho chiesto di nuovo cosa avevo rotto per farmi chiudere l'account e ancora non mi hanno mandato una conferma, mi hanno mandato sempre lo stesso spam (anche se glielo chiedi via email, è esattamente la stessa cosa).
Conosco persone che avevano soldi sul conto al momento del ban e hanno trattenuto l'intero importo senza consentire ai clienti di prelevarlo. Fortunatamente, nel mio caso, non avevo un saldo in sospeso, quindi in questo senso penso di essere stato salvato.
Non consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE questo casinò, è spazzatura in tutto e per tutto. In Cile, molte persone hanno avuto problemi con loro e la cosa peggiore è che sponsorizzano grandi squadre qui, hanno pubblicità ovunque (sugli schermi dei negozi, sui poster alle partite, per strada, ecc.). Quello che fanno è una vergogna totale. È un peccato che le case da gioco non siano legalizzate in questo paese, altrimenti è molto probabile che questi ragazzi non opererebbero più qui.

Al principio el casino ofrece muchas promociones (giros gratis, free bets, etc) pero una vez que empiezas a tener saldo positivo comienzan a restringir lo apostado, te cierran ciertos mercados, una asquerosidad total, pero lo peor no paso ahi.
Un dia entrando a su plataforma me doy cuenta que me banearon sin previo aviso (hasta un dia antes de lo ocurrido, habia usado la cuenta en el sitio normalmente durante mucho tiempo, haciendo depósitos, retiros constantes con una cuenta a mi nombre) seguido a esto, les pido explicaciones sobre lo sucedido y solo me envian un SPAM con sus TYC en donde dicen que la decisión es unanime e irreversible, les pregunto de vuelta que fue lo que incumpli para que me cerraran la cuenta y siguen sin enviar una confirmación de aquello, solo mandan el mismo spam una y otra vez (aunque les preguntes por correo, es exactamente lo mismo)
Conozco de gente que tenia dinero dentro de la cuenta al momento de ser baneados y de esa misma manera quedandose con todo el monto sin que los clientes puedan hacer retiro de aquello, menos mal en mi caso no tenia saldo pendiente asi que en ese sentido, creo que me salve.
No recomiendo PARA NADA este casino, es una basura con todas sus letras, en chile mucha gente ha tenido problema con ellos y lo peor es que patrocinan equipos grandes aca, tienen publicidad por todos lados (en las pantallas de tiendas comerciales, carteles en los partidos, calles, etc) es una sinvergüenzura total lo que hacen, es una lastima que en este pais no esten legalizadas las casas de apuestas de lo contrario lo más probable es que estos tipos ya no estarian operando por aca.
