Non consigliato, non paga. Dopo una partita inizialmente divertente, sono riuscito a richiedere un prelievo di 400 €. Avevo depositato con una carta di credito e volevo che i soldi fossero trasferiti sulla mia carta di credito, ma non funziona, quindi devo trovare un'altra opzione. L'assistenza mi ha detto che avrei dovuto effettuare un deposito minimo con il mio account Jeton e che poi avrebbero inviato i miei soldi a Jeton. L'ho fatto e il prelievo è stato nuovamente annullato perché c'era un problema con Jeton. (Presumibilmente). Mentre aspettavo il mio prelievo, ho continuato a giocare e sono riuscito a raggiungere i 1200 €. Ho richiesto di nuovo un prelievo e mi è stato nuovamente detto che c'era un problema con Jeton... È stata ancora attesa, attesa e ho continuato a giocare con i 1200 €. Ovviamente ho perso tutto e poi ho fatto altri depositi, per un totale di poco meno di 500 €..... Ma sfortunatamente i giochi sono stati azzerati e non sono riuscito a ottenere una funzionalità in nessun gioco o a ottenere una vincita rilevante. Se un casinò tratta i clienti in questo modo, sono dei truffatori. Se un deposito funziona con jeton, allora un prelievo dovrebbe funzionare altrettanto bene. Da allora ho contattato jeton e mi hanno confermato che non ci sono problemi, il mio account è OK e nessun prelievo è stato rifiutato! Quindi mi hanno mentito, è stata una semplice tattica dilatoria per farmi perdere di nuovo i soldi, beh, è un mio errore ma quando penso che incluso il mio deposito, ho giocato circa 1700 € a un livello che è nella fascia bassa.
Not recommended, doesn't pay out. After an initially entertaining game, I was able to request a withdrawal of €400. I had deposited with a credit card and wanted to have the money transferred to my credit card, but that doesn't work, so I have to find another option. Support told me I should make a minimum deposit with my jeton account and they would then send my money to jeton. I did that and the withdrawal was cancelled again because there was a problem with jeton. (Supposedly). While I was waiting for my withdrawal, I carried on playing and was able to work my way up to €1200. I requested a withdrawal again and was told again that there was a problem with jeton... It was more waiting, waiting and I carried on playing with the €1200. Of course I lost everything and then made a few more deposits, totaling just under €500..... But unfortunately the games were reset to zero and I was unable to get a feature in any game or make a relevant win. If a casino treats customers like this, they are scammers. If a deposit works with jeton, then a withdrawal should work just as well. I have since contacted jeton and they have confirmed to me that there are no problems at all, my account is OK and no withdrawal has been rejected! So I was lied to here, it was a simple delaying tactic so that I lose the money again, well, that is my mistake but when I think that including my deposit, I have played around €1700 at a level that is on the lower end.
Nicht zu empfehlen, zahlt nicht aus.Nach anfänglichen unterhaltsamen Spiel, konnte ich eine Auszahlung von 400 € beantragen. Ich hatte mit kreditkarte eingezahlt und wollte das Geld auf meine kreditkarte überwiesen haben das geht aber nicht also muss ich eine andere Möglichkeit nehmen der Support sagte mir ich sollte mit meinem jeton account eine mindesteinzahlung machen und man würde mir mein Geld dann nach jeton schicken. Das habe ich getan und die Auszahlung wurde erneut gecancelt da es ein Problem mit jeton gibt.( Angeblich) Habe während ich auf meine Auszahlung gewartet habe weiter gespielt und konnte mich bis 1200 € hochspielen habe erneut eine Auszahlung beantragt und wieder sagte man mir dass es ein Problem mit jeton gibt... Es ist wieder warten warten und ich habe mit den 1200 € weitergespielt natürlich alles verloren habe dann noch ein paar Einzahlungen getätigt insgesamt knappe 500€..... Aber leider sind die Spiele auf Null gesetzt worden und ich konnte in keinem Spiel ein Feature bekommen oder einen relevanten Gewinn erzielen. Wenn ein Casino so mit Kunden umgeht sind es Betrüger, wenn eine Einzahlung mit jeton funktioniert dann sollte eine Auszahlung genauso funktionieren. Ich habe zwischenzeitlich die jeton kontaktiert und sie haben mir bestätigt dass es überhaupt keine Probleme gibt mein Konto in Ordnung ist und keine Auszahlung abgelehnt worden ist! Also wurde ich hier belogen es war eine einfache hinhaltetaktik damit ich das Geld wieder verspiele, gut das ist mein Fehler aber wenn ich denke dass ich hier inklusive meiner Einzahlung nachher 1700 € ca in einem Niveau gespielt habe was im unteren Bereich liegt.
