Good evening and sorry for the mistake.. the problem is with rabona casino. I had made a mistake in the translation and this was a ban. Then I made a new account with the same details but a different email and phone number.. the duplicate account is when I have 2 active accounts.. I had lost a lot of money in the old Account, and in the new one with €100 I made €1,830 and they accepted my deposit normally , as well as the withdrawal of the outstanding €500.. after an hour the account was closed as a duplicate, I explained to them how things are, they guaranteed me yesterday that my case has gone to the financial department, and they will credit me with all money i have inside.. i'm on a wait..

Εν συνεχεία έκανα νέο λογαριασμό με ίδια στοιχεία αλλά άλλο email και αριθμό τηλεφώνου.. ο διπλοτυπος λογαριασμός είναι όταν έχω 2 ενεργούς λογαριασμούς.. είχα χάσει πολλά χρήματα στον παλιό Λογαριασμό, και στον καινούργιο με 100€ τα έκανα 1.830€ δέχτηκαν την κατάθεση μου κανονικά, καθώς και την ανάληψη των 500€ που είναι εκρρεμης.. μετά από μια ώρα έκλεισε ο λογαριασμός ως διπλοτυπος, τούς εξήγησα πως είναι τα πράγματα, μου εγγυήθηκαν χθές, πως η υπόθεση μου έχει πάει στο οικονομικό τμήμα, και θα μου πιστώνουν όλα τα χρήματα που έχω μέσα.. είμαι σε μια αναμονή..

If you closed it you can't just make another under a different email you broke their rules and they are punishing you for it. If you get your deposit back that is something.
