I'm doing this forum (cause i don't know if there is already one) to tell you that this is the worst casino ever. This sister site is the WORST of all. After losing soo much money I got nothing back. Had a few problems with bonuses.. the support never resolved a anything. Ex. Today I deposited to get a bonus. I activated the bonus and then deposited....the system apparently didn't activate the bonus. I didn't see it and I played my money....after I saw that it wasn't activated I reached to support and told them. The said that they couldn't activate it cause I played my money which is irrelevant.,... I did activate the bonus and then played....how is it my fault that their system didn't activate the bonus. They dismissed me and closed the chat. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Today marks day eight for me with no progress. I've now been informed that there have been technical issues with the financial system in recent days, causing a backlog of withdrawals, and that these are now being processed quickly. I'm starting to doubt this; I suspect it's a stalling tactic to frustrate players until they cancel their withdrawals. I won't do that – I have €500 pending that this casino has owed me for over a week. I'll post an update here as soon as I know anything new.

Mittlerweile hat man mir mitgeteilt es gab in den letzten Tagen technische Probleme mit dem Finanzsystem daher haben sich alle Auszahlungen angestaut und nun werden diese zügig abgearbeitet.
