The games run smoothly and there’s no booting you back to the lobby mid game so the casino can reload a lower RTP version, chat will talk to you like a person and have no problem telling you if they can’t help you with certain information and what the reason is.
If you ask a question thinking they’re just going to lie to you and string you along a little more like nearly every other casino does…they have no problem telling you what you have every right to know. The only thing I can’t figure out is if you’re allowed to use a vpn, I’ve read the t&c’s too to bottom and there may be info that implies you can’t but there’s nothing that says you can, nor does it say directly you can’t use one either.
As for freebies, if you’re like me and have an average paying job and you spend what I consider enough, you can look at your account after a couple days and there’s $20 dollars there for you just because I guess they can and they realise sometimes it’s the little things you don’t have to ask for that counts.
They also own Royal Stars Casino which has even more games and providers but I live in a crap country that doesn’t allow online gambling so I’d probably just be restricted as usual anyway so I’ll probably have the same options as I do here.
