There is a huge selection of games, the support team is very nice and helpful :)
The payout takes a little longer, but after about 15 hours my account was completely verified and 5 minutes later my payout was processed.

I have to change the rating from very positive to negative, I have been waiting for my money since November 22nd, 2024, there are no answers in live support, since November 21st, 2024 I have only managed to contact someone once, who then ignored me. I have already verified myself.

Ich muss die bewertung von sehr positiv auf Negativ umändern, ich warte seit dem 22.11.2024 auf mein geld, es gibt keine antworten im livesupport, seit dem 21.11.2024 habe ich es nur einmal geschafft jemanden zu kontaktieren, der mich dann ignoriert hat. Ich habe mich bereits verifiziert.

Ich hatte davor schon erfolgreiche auszahlungen gehabt, daher bin ich sehr enttäuscht, wir sollten alle eine beschwerde bei der lizenzbehörde einreichen.

Well, I had a bit of luck here once, I made a withdrawal request for €1400, the withdrawal has been pending for 72 hours, the withdrawal is now in the status "in progress" which basically means that the money has been approved by the casino, from experience I can say that something like this is in this status for a maximum of 30-45 minutes. But it has now been in this status for several hours, the support team has no interest in taking care of it properly... "the finance team has been contacted" great... So now I have to wait several hours again... Yesterday evening the support "Ted" guaranteed me that I would be the first to receive the money the next morning with the highest priority... Instead, the money is still not there... Their partner casino is 100x better, I will definitely not play here again

Also ich hatte einmal etwas glück hier, habe eine auszahlungsanfrage von 1400€ gestellt, die auszahlung ist seit 72stunden ausstehend, die auszahlung befindet sich jetzt im status "in progress" das heisst quasi dass das geld vom casino genehmigt worden ist, aus erfahrung kann ich sprechen das sowas maximal 30min-45min in diesem status ist. Nur ist es jetzt seit mehreren stunden in diesen status, die supporter haben auch keine interesse daran sich ordentlich drum zu kümmern.. "das finanzteam wurde kontaktiert" na super... Jetzt also wieder mehrer stunden warten... Gestern am abend hat mir der support "Ted" garantiert dass ich das geld am nächsten tag morgens als erster mit höchster priorität erhalten werde... Stattdessen ist das geld immer noch nicht da.. Das partnercasino von denen ist 100x mal besser, ich werde definitiv nicht nochmal hier spielen
