Sto elencando il mio problema
Ho creato un account su ice e oggi prima che il processo di identificazione fosse completato (tutto era stato accettato e il selfie con la carta che avevo inviato era in sospeso) sono andato ad accedere e mi ha detto che il mio account è bloccato.
Vorrei informarvi che il mio conto aveva un profitto di 3.000 (tremila euro) nei giorni precedenti.
Ho contattato il servizio in chat e mi hanno detto che ho infranto le regole perché ho due conti a mio nome e mi faranno il favore di sbloccarmi ma tratterranno l'intero importo (3.000 euro).
Onestamente sono rimasto senza parole. Quando ho creato l'account non mi è stato comunicato l'esistenza di questi dati e ho proceduto normalmente con la registrazione. Spiego loro che non ho un altro account, mi dicono che mento e poi mi dicono che da febbraio 2023 esiste una registrazione con il mio nome, la mia data di nascita e email simili m**** **@gmail.com
E mi sto divertendo. Effettivamente ho utilizzato questa email in passato e logicamente (perché sinceramente non ricordo dopo tanto tempo) avrei avviato una registrazione ma non è mai stata completata. Ho chiesto se c'era l'identificazione di questo conto e mi hanno detto di no, ho chiesto se ci sono mai stati movimenti o transazioni su questo conto e mi hanno anche detto di no ma non importa ho violato i termini e la direzione del casinò ha deciso di bloccarmi e mi offrono il favore di sbloccarmi trattenendo l'intero importo (3.000 euro)
Cosa fare, sono pazzo, è possibile?
Come posso imbrogliare il casinò con un secondo account se non è mai stato identificato e nemmeno utilizzato.

παραθέτω το πρόβλημα μου
Δημιούργησα λογαριασμό στην ice και σήμερα πριν ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία ταυτοτοίησης (είχαν γίνει όλα αποδεκτά και εκκρεμούσε η σελφι με την κάρτα την οποία και έστειλα) πήγα να μπω και μου έβγαζε οτι ο λογαριασμός μου είναι μπλοκαρισμένος.
Να ενημερώσω ότι ο λογαριασμός μου είχε μέσα 3.000 (τρεις χιλιάδες ευρώ) κ΄έρδη των αμέσως προηγούμενων ημερών.
Επικοιν΄ώνησα στο τσατ με την εξυπηρέτηση και μου είπαν ότι παραβίασα τους κανόνες γιατί έχω δύο λογαριασμούς στο ονομά μου και θα μου κάνουν την χάρη να με ξεμπλοκάρουν αλλά θα κρατήσουν όλο το ποσό (3.000 ευρώ).
Εμεινα άφωνη ειλικρινά. Οταν εφτιαξα τον λογαριασμό δεν μου έβγαλε καμμία ειδοποίηση ότι αυτά τα στοιχεία υπάρχουν και προχώρησα κανονικά στην εγγραφή. Τους εξηγώ δεν έχω αλλο λογαριασμό μου λένε ότι ψεύδομαι και τότε μου λένε οτι από τον Φεβρουάριο του 2023 υπάρχει εγγραφή με το ονοματεπώνυμό μου την ημερομηνία γέννησης μου και παρόμοι email m******@gmail.com
Και παθαινω πλάκα. ¨Οντως αυτό το email το χρησιμοποιούσα παλιά και λογικά (γιατί ειλικρινά δεν θυμάμαι μετά από τόσο καιρό) θα είχα ξεκινήσει εγγραφή η οποία όμως δεν ολοκληρώθηκε ποτέ. Ρώτησα αν υπήρχε ταυτοποίηση αυτού του λογαριασμού και μου είπαν όχι, ρώτησα αν υπήρξε ποτέ κάποια κίνηση ή συναλλαγή σε αυτό το λογαριασμό και μου είπαν επίσης όχι αλλά δεν έχει σημασία παραβίασα τους όρους και η διοίκηση του καζίνο αποφάσισε να με μπλοκάρει και προσφέρετεται να μου κάνει τη χάρη να με ξεμπλοκάρει κρατώντας όμως όλο το ποσό (3.000 ευρώ)
Τι να κάνω έχω τρελλαθεί είναι δυνατόν?
Πως να εξαπατήσω εγώ το καζίνο με δεύτερο λογαριασμό όταν αυτός ουδέποτε έχει ταυτοποιηθεί ούτε καν χρησιμοποιηθεί.
