Lucky Luke è uno dei migliori casinò in cui abbia mai giocato e il più onesto!
Ho avuto un problema qualche mese fa quando ho vinto oltre 10k AUD, ma anche dopo che il casinò ha approvato la mia richiesta di prelievo, ci sono voluti ancora 14 giorni!
Ho perso le staffe con il personale di supporto e ho detto loro che avevano perso un cliente.
Sono al livello 136 VIP, quindi ho pensato che sarebbe stata una grande perdita per loro.
Sono andato a giocare in altri vari casinò e nessuno corrispondeva a Lucky Luke e al fatto che questo casinò ti consente di utilizzare una VPN per giocare a giochi che normalmente non sono disponibili nel tuo paese.
Da quando sono tornato a Lucky Luke ho avuto alcune grandi vittorie e quando sono andato a ritirare, il denaro è passato al mio conto entro 72 ore, quindi non sono sicuro che abbiano realizzato il valore degli affari che porto al tavolo o se sono sotto una gestione diversa, ma questo casinò è di gran lunga il migliore!
Se dovessi aggiungere qualche suggerimento, direi che sarebbe bello se aggiungessero qualche altro gioco da NETENT e mettessero a bordo qualche altro provider come BOOONGO ecc.

Lucky Luke is 1 of the best casinos I've ever played at and most fair!
I did have an issue a few months back when I won over 10k AUD but even after the casino approved my withdrawal claim, it still took 14 days!
I lost my temper at the support staff and told them they had lost a customer.
I'm on level 136 V.I.P so I thought this would be a massive loss to them.
I went and played at other various casinos and none matched up to Lucky Luke and the fact that this casino let's you use a VPN to play games that are not available in your country normally.
Since returning to Lucky Luke I've had a few big wins and when I've gone to withdraw, the money has gone through to my account within 72hrs, so I'm not sure whether they realised the value of business I bring to the table or if they're under different management but this casino is by far the best!
If I was to add any suggestions, I would say it would be good if they added few more games from NETENT and got a few more providers like BOOONGO on board etc
All in all I'd say 8.5/10
